This coin is NOT pre-mined, he just released it yesterday on http://www.reddit.com/r/altcoin.
Also for the people claiming it's malware, please do some research before making such statements.

I'll wait until CAT hits cryptsy before I start gauging its value.  Those that dumped this coin as soon as coindup added it lost in my opinion.  

I might be holding this one for awhile I think.  Depends on how development goes.
