541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are to be blame on: October 20, 2019, 03:51:12 PM
The potential and the ability to make huge profit fromm crypto has attracted scammers. They know that a lot of people will be interested in such venture, which is why they try to take advantage of such, scam those who are into it, most especially the newbies, who know close to nothing. Even if we feel we should put the game on scammers, we also need to be very careful.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP! I want to invest but don't know which and how. is DigiByte ok? on: October 20, 2019, 03:37:39 PM
DigiByte is like every other new altcoin and one of the things peculiar about them, is that most of them, no matter how highly placed they are, how highly rated they are or how much they are hyped and their prices in the process have grown, they can still fall. Some of them might end up being abandoned. Think carefully before investing.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO exchanges not required KYC on: October 20, 2019, 03:32:33 PM
This us been the norm with most exchanges in the crypto space, although there are exceptions with some of them if you are dealing with a minimal fund.
When it comes to participating in IEO, I have not seen any exchange that will not mandate it for participants to pass KYC first before they can be allowed to participate.
Most of the top exchanges demand for this. Although, there might be some who may not ask for it and I believe they will be the smaller exchanges, that mast not be trusted.
If you are not interested in giving out your personal data bor details to a second or third party, don't even bother to participate in IEO. Else, in the process of trying to force yourself through to participate in an IEO that does not require KYC, since you are still a newbie, you might fall victim of scam exchange.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your crypto before death? on: October 19, 2019, 10:47:01 PM
If keeping my cryptocurrency, will make my unborn children live life to the fullest or enjoy the benefits of cryptocurrency, then I would have done that, but most of the coins in the crypto space do not have such capacity. I would rather keep valuable, listed and highly ranked coins that I believe will grow irrespective of the time or what might be happening.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Investors always turn to reduce or deny bounty hunters their payments on: October 19, 2019, 10:40:30 PM
Changes made yo reduce the bounty pool particularly after the bounty, is a easy of cheating bounty hunter, even if they seem not to be able to defend and fight for themselves. The bounty manager or even the teams, know very well that, if they actual pool they had in mind, was what was announced, a lot of bounty hunters would have turned it down. So, I see it as an intentional act.
546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH experiences the deepest downfall this year on: October 19, 2019, 10:35:06 PM
Had it been ethereum was another coin, the rare at which it was battered and the resultant effect of it's low interest at some points might have led to its death. It will amaze you to know that ETH is one of the strongest coins in the crypto space with good potential. The developments done on it for years, is able yo continually make it relevant and enhance its growth, despite all falls.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet - Trustworthy? on: October 18, 2019, 02:08:54 PM
I have used the mobile version of trust wallet for quite some time now and I have not had any issue with it. Although, I a m presently looking for the windows version for my PC. I do not want to download from just any source. Trying to take my time or I contact the team of trustwallet for the right channel. Also, you do not need to store all your assets on trustwallet. I have mine stored on different wallets I feel are safe.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: October 18, 2019, 02:03:00 PM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.
I feel $500 might've too much for daily trading. Since you sound like a starter, it is better you start with a minimal amount of fund, perhaps $100, if you can afford to lose that. Doing a thing for the first time, might result into some unforeseen and unpredictable circumstance(s). Also, instead of using all to day-trade, you can invest in good coins, perhaps about five of them.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔴 SEC impaction on the Crypto Market 🔴 on: October 18, 2019, 01:58:14 PM
Despite the rejection of the rule of SEC over cryptocurrency by many, yet SECs influence is still the order of the day. The body has played important and good roles in protecting investors and ensuring that, even if they are not granted full control, their impact will still be felt and will later be appreciated. They are not doing this for the sake of the money they want to get. Had it been that is the case, there would not have been some exceptions.
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Up 18% While Everything Else Red? on: October 17, 2019, 07:29:06 PM
GxChanin (GXS) is up 18%+ while everything else is red, including bitcoin price. Anyone knows why?

https://www.cryptozink.io/currencycoin/GXS/gxchain/
I am not surprised, any coin can outperform others, irrespective of what might be happening in the market. If a coin is good, whether there is volume or not and with a slight good news, it is likely going to grow in such manner and sometimes much better than that. Hum did that recently, even with not so much volume.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before I Invest With Cryptoqurrency? on: October 17, 2019, 07:22:47 PM
We have to come to this understanding that, to be careful, prudent and discreet with your investment, you cannot invest in too many coins. It is better to be more focused on just one good coin than to gamble on thousands of coin. Follow up every step taken on the coin, whether top 100 or not, that does not always count. Know when to invest, how you should hold and when to sell.
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: October 17, 2019, 06:57:51 PM
There are many projects, but the good ones as far as the crypto space is concerned, are difficult to find, maybe for now. A good project must have an actively working team. A team that is actively working, as well as transparently with the community, will in all ways be able to justify the product they are delivering.
I do not believe in a team that procrastinates. So if that and other possible loopholes are eliminated, getting a good project will be possible.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I talk about market problems? on: October 15, 2019, 11:32:52 AM
4. In your opinion how to overcome the market situation so that it can be stable again?
No individual has full control over the market. So sometimes the general change we see in the crypto market might be as a result of the collective effort of many experts and the cry[pto community in general. Manipulation by a group of people can also affect it. just as some are trying to raise it up, there are those who are pulling it down. So different forces working against it.
Just stay calm and harness any present or future form of the market to your own advantage.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin price rise because of this? Is this coincidence or what? on: October 15, 2019, 11:30:45 AM
Try to avoid being carried away by just a pump in the price of a coin. News most of the times are meant to pump coins, but this is not even a significant growth per se. Doge is one of the good coin in the crypto space, but I expect that you should be aware that it is not exempted from those that can be manipulated.
The news looks good, meanwhile, it might not favour everyone. Even if I am a fan of Dogecoin, I am still careful about how I use every news I see on it. Which is also applicable to every other coin.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: October 15, 2019, 11:28:53 AM
One of the main essences of launching a coin or token is its utility power, but that is if it is a utility token, because there are other forms of tokens, such as security and equity tokens. However, the most common is utility token, which is in line with what is called its use case. Sometimes, investors buy coins, because of the services provided by the project or many projects, where applicable.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Implementing blockchain technology for vegetable traceability on: October 14, 2019, 11:35:36 AM
Good job @OP. A lot of countries, most especially in the developing world need such service for safety measures. Quite some individuals, most especially the less immunes in the society have dies as a result of food poisoning, some due to substandard and counterfeit drugs, food supplements and the likes. If consumers have such channel through which safety can be assured, that will increase the average life expectancy and will increase the natality rate in children.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience from day one on: October 14, 2019, 11:17:59 AM
Most of my losses were made in late 2017 and early 2018. It was when I joined this forum in 2018, that I started getting some understanding on how to invest and what to invest in. However, I am still learning, because there are more experts and better knowledgeable folks in this space. For those odds days, I have learnt one thing or the other, which is expected of everyone who comes to stay and explore the crypto space.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: telegram is coming to blockchain too on: October 14, 2019, 11:13:38 AM
The telegram coin (Gram), already has it's pace on CMC, but no data yet. Since the coin already has its product, further development on it might instil more interest from users. There have been several platforms that wanted such thing as this, but could not get it to this stage. However, considering the seriousness of the team of Gram, I project a much better value in future.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 13, 2019, 04:18:35 PM
New projects make good news of good things to happen

If that is what you think, it is a wrong impression. A good project is known for its good product and how useful the product, including the demand for such product. A good project should not be seen as one whose price is just growing, without backing it up with a product that will add value to teen and that will make the activities on it to be a continuous process.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover on: October 13, 2019, 04:12:00 PM
Decisions should be individual based. That a person is not investing in project does not mean the project will not perform as expected, rather, it might be because he is not so convinced to invest in it. However, that a project goes uptrend for a time, does not mean that is what will continue to happen. Most do not maintain that trend for a long time, which is why some people are discouraged.
