Creo que ya hay muchas compañías y sitios para evaluar ico, y si al principio eran libres, ahora están tomando dinero para todo. English is one of the official language of India which is most widely spoken and more widely used as more of communication for all official purposes.
Most schools teach it as primary language and 99.99% of your target audience will never use Hindi website. Frankly speaking I have not yet seen anyone using Hindi as mode of communication in online world so may be you can utilize the finds next time for better use.

I have many Hindi speaking friends but none of them read in Hindi on ICO websites or even in a technical WHITEPAPER. Some even pointed out that many project's Hindi WHITEPAPER are filled with mistakes. So if you ask me it's a waste of money. Ofcourse some translators who are making their living here will disagree with my statement.
