To explain a bit how the pool works:
It's a Prop payout pool where miners mine directly into their wallets, when a block is found, the pool confirms it with the network (WinCoin is 50 block confirmatons to mature), and then it's paid out to the miners Proportionally.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about, binary clock is a very professional pool op, and he's always on top of everything, his pool works just fine and he's an honest man which is far more important than having fancy graphics and 0% fees.
