Yeah, We can buy in this current price by using some part of the total funds. Also we can buy part by part in deep if bitcoin continuously dump. That would be the best strategy IMO. If not than we would regret in future for not buying in deep. Likewise someone who don't buy bitcoin at $3.8k and think that it'll dump more. Now they are regreting for the wrong calls. So every small dump is an opportunity for the wise traders to take part with proper research and knowledge of the markets. 

If it tends to stable than we can see a small bull run for altcoin markets in the USD pairs as we see in the previous altmarkets. But it's quite risky to enter the altmarkets because of the sudden pump&dump of bitcoin. Let's see what's waiting for us.

Huge panicking already happened and bitcoin actually dump for some hours , but it's started to recover the dump when the news of Satoshi Nakamoto didn't move Bitcoin started to spread on the internet and many users stopped to sell off their cryptos. But it's a good chance for the traders/institutions to buy bitcoin in deep. 

It might be a strategy from the OP to attract more users to read the post. I think 2x or 3x is possible when the altcoin's bull run will start and many of the coins that are listed by OP, is just listed by resarching the upcoming events or FA in my opinion. But i might be also wrong.

No, that's not caused by the Whales. The recent dump was happened because of the recent transections from a 11 years old bitcoin wallet address which was supposed to be a wallet of Satoshi Nakamoto. But some block researchers said, the old wallet wasn't owned by satoshi. It might be a wallet of early miner who wasn't owned by satoshi. Your thought/opinion is also right. I just want to add some more words in that. Investors aren't interested into ICO because of the bad experience of 2019's ico where most of the projects started just to collect funds without any real solutions or roadmap as well as most of them paused their fund rising process by blaming that market is bad and won't reach their goals. By all of this, investor's funds are also in their hands which aren't still refunded. But investors don't need to worry about the funds if he/she participate in IEO. Also, there are so many exchanges which are started the IEO in their exchanges when they don't have enough traders and investors. So we should also take a look into this point. 

IMO, good/genuine projects don't really depend on the market conditions. There are many projects which really do a good performance in such a bad market condition. So it's always depend on the project's solid usages and what they are delivering according to their roadmaps. If the team members of a project only depend on the investor's fund than it'll be the next shitcoin no matter whats the market condition is. But it's best for altcoins when bitcon's price rise up.  

Ethereum is the best one to HODL for longtime after Bitcoin. But there are some altcoins which are good enough according to their own category as well as performances. I usually like to buy XLM, EOS, WAX etc. I like the wax for using NFTs or Dapps. 

Yeah, that's the wisest decisions. Bitcoin is the future and Ethereum is the game changer of token contracts. Also there are more awesome dapps which is on the Ethereum Blockchain. That's why Both Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best for anyone's portfolio for long-term investment/hodl.

WTH, most of the projects are now in a price which is less than the IEO's price. Lol, this is ridiculous. . In the past, Binance started the journey of IEO. Now, CZ/other exchanges maybe thinking to start a new journey of IGO ( Initial Game Offer) where only those coins will be selected which can play the Game of Pump & Dump. Also only newbie investors can participate in the IGO.  

Note:- It's just for fun. Don't take it seriously CZ/Other exchange fans.  

If that's come true , altcoin market will be more centralized rather than decentralized because of the controls of the top exchanges and top exchanges also can manipulate the whole ecosystem of a token/coin by playing the pump-dump game. But your opinion is also right as we saw the worst market in 2019 and it's for both investors and bounty hunters. Now, all the crypto lovers are waiting for the bull runs. Also, probit is just a shady one for IEOs.

If i was in your position, i will definitely leave that in btc and looking forward to buy more ETH+BTC according to own analysis. Every analyser/traders are having a bad to chosing what to do because of the upcoming golden cross events of btc price. In simple word,(1) we can see bull run if btc able to cross the $10k price range and make movement above $10k as a support. (2) Else we can see a 30-40% correction which indicate BTC as well as ETH price will drop . For (1) no condition, i will try to buy BTC or ETH part by part using the risk management of total funds. And for (2) no conditon, i will try to buy both BTC and ETH in the deep. It's just my opinion, everyone should try their own research and make own strategy. 

All of your thoughts are right but we can't control fomo. Either, we need to understand it because it's not like a TA (Technical Analysis) or FA (Fundamental Analysis). So we always need to cross-check anythings and must be a well-educated about crypto-currency/trading, the news is true or just a fud like you said .
