Hello Sir, I'm addressing this as a sign of respect to everyone. Hope you can grasp what i mean to say cause even though we aren't mate, this is necessary even the person your speaking with is unknown to you.
You really dont need to address anybody with "Sir" - everyone here is having the same status as you have. Although there is something called "Rank" still it holds least value in having a "status" here. Moreover it irritates people because they think you are trying to act nice and be polite for no reason whatsoever. Can be taken a type of goody-goody before doing something bad. I am sure you can site examples from real life in this aspect. Overall dont "punctuate" your posts with "Sir/Madam" - honestly its begshit and I would ignore all people who do so. I agree with you, addressing someone with "Sir" makes you belittle yourself and makes the one who you addressed with the word feel like his beyond you, although for someone it's a form of respect. and some says that SIR means Slave I Remain, I think its inappropriate to say that. |

I just want to suggest what if we change the format of this forum? specifically the color? color that would give the user a relaxing feeling when searching and posting in this forum.

In order to avoid bounty scams you need to consider 2 things:
1. CHECK THE PROJECT - you need to do research about the bounty, the project team, the whitepaper because some might just copy and paste it, the advisors, roadmap, bounty pool and ofcourse the founder you need to be a good observer, check their background because sometimes by just merely observing and reading you will know right away if the bounty is a scam.
2. CAMPAIGN MANAGER - the one that you should always consider, because if the bounty manager is scammer then the bounties itself is a scam, and it is really obvious if the bounty manager has a negative trust then surely he or she is scammer, one thing to consider also is the rank of the bounty manager the higher the rank the higher the legit factor, you can always do research here there are many list of legit and reliable bounty manager and the list of all bounty manager scammers.

Marahil ay nakaranas na tayo ng scam dito sa bitcointalk, kung hindi ka pa nakaranas ay walang duda mararanasan mo rin yan. haha
Narito ang mga bagay na dapat tandaan:
1. BOUNTY MANAGER - Ito ang unang una sa lahat, kailangan mong malaman kung hindi ba scammer ang bounty manager. Papaano nga ba malalaman? maraming nagkalat dito ng list ng mga legit na bounty manager at mga list ng mga scammer search nyo lang, kadalasan yung mga scammer ay nagkakaroon ng negative trust at isa din sa mga basehan ay ang rank ng bounty manager, may mga pagkakataon din na legit ang manager pero scam pala yung bounty . Kaya kailangan natin mag-ingat mga kabayan.
2. CHECK THE WEBSITE - Kailangan mong suriin ang project nila, karamihan kasi saatin basta may bounty campaign join lang ng join yun pala sinasayang lang natin ang ating oras. Suriin mo ang kanilang team, mga advisors, whitepaper kung hindi ba copy paste, roadmap at bounty pool, kailangan din nating magbasa pag may time.
Pero kung okay yung number 1, yung bounty manager kahit hindi muna gawin yung number 2 kung maganda naman ang reputasyon ng nag mamanage. Pero kung nagdududa ka eh gawin mo yung number 2 para hindi masayang ang effort mo.
