Everton might be an average team but, they don’t often make an easy to beat team. Chelsea might have got the best of them yesterday but, that’s as far as it gets and I don’t think it makes Chelsea probable enough to match Manchester City’s quality. Let’s not soon forget how inconsistent Chelsea have been, winning a game and they going about to loss or draw several others. Also, playing the FA cup presents a different kind of challenge which I don’t think Chelsea is well equipped for except, they would be hoping on fatigue to get the better of Manchester.

A very impressive victory for Chelsea because they seemed to be having fun on the field against a weak club like Everton. We all know that Chelsea have been performing poorly most especially when playing against weak teams, I was thinking they will be performing poorly in the match but they ended up surprising me in the match, scoring 6 goals in a match is not really easy, Chelsea haven’t been able to score so much goals in any match this season but they surprised everyone in the match, nobody was expected Chelsea to score so many goals in the match, but at least they played well in the match, and Palmer surprised me in the match, I never expected so much goals from Palmer, Palmer is always performing well in most matches. Have you seen the Newcastle - Tottenham game? Newcastle really demolished them by 4-0. Tottenham were so desperate. They were a little better in offense in the first half at least but this was also gone in the second half. Their defending was just too bad.  van de Ven couldn't defend the last man in the first two goals and Newcastle got ahead 2-0 very easy suddenly. I really liked the job Roma did against Milan away as well. Actually I can't say Roma were the better playing side. Their performance wasn't that impressive in general but used their chances more efficiently. De Rossi has really made difference so far. I started to believe in Roma more to eliminate Milan now and I had a bet placed on their advancing to the semi finals.  Roma's position is not yet safe and it must not feel happy by the result in the last game. It was only one goal and milan can surpass it anytime soon. Roma will be an on advantage with one goal aggregate for the second leg but it must be ready since milan will be playing fully attack against milan at the second leg. Let's say Roma got past Milan then their opponent is most likely to be Leverkusen next time. De Rossi is doing good maybe but I don't think he can manage to eliminate Xabi Alonso. Manchester United has been looking for a good coach to bring back Ferguson's era even since last decades, but they have yet to find a single coach who can do so and this makes united randomly taken coach from the market to handle the club.
