DAO is not below "ico" ..i pay in first day 0.021 btc/100dao , btc price at the time was 390 euros , i sale them all today on kraken for 0.032btc/100dao, btc price today over 420 euros  I guess as long as the ROI is not negative, it's all good |

It's sure been wacked over the last 24 hours or so, but that whack-down is a lot like the one Ethereum suffered 1-2 days after it started trading. 77,000 satoshis is still a nice gain over the ICO price.
Not only a nice gain over the ICO price it is a nice price to accumulate more! Still hodling coins from ICO and buying more at 80k. It would be funny if Lisk would follow the footsteps of Ethereum. ETH traded at ~4x ICO price, and after a few months the price exploded. |

Now that's what I call a very lucrative campaign for all participants, even with current value of Lisk (~$0,40). It yields more 'salary' than 80% of all existing jobs worldwide I agree. This is was a great signature campaign. |

I'm not really sure if taking LISK as a reference would give us a reliable forecast for the near future for WAVES...
I think waves has a strong chance to be the currency that will define 2016 and adoption rates for crypto in general could soar because of it. All Waves team needs to do is make the gui simple for all to use so barrier of entry is not an issue. One of the things I hated about eth is you basically had to be a dev to use it for months after release. Waves has a big opportunity to not scare the less techie people and keep it simple. I really hope they won't flop on this. You would think that GUI is a simple thing to do with a large budget, but it's ridiculous how many times devs of other crypto projects failed to deliver.  |

OK. Noob to ICOs here. I already love my WAVES and have grown attached to them. Lol What I would like to do, is hang onto them after the ICO launches. I assume we would be able to start trading them on a REPUTABLE exchange when the time comes. Sooooo, my question is this: will WAVES appreciate in value as I hang on to them? Or is it all a gamble on whether the price will go down or up? I know nobody can predict the future, but what happened with previous ICOs with the same magnitude and popularity as WAVES? I will settle for educated guesses I guess that you already know the answers to your questions mate Everyone is hoping for a price appreciation, but who knows? it is likely that many will at least sell a portion of their holdings at launch and continue to hold a bit for the future. Once the Waves team launches the Waves platform, they have the possibility to access funds and start working on building and developing for DAOs for Waves or bring new features to the platform etc. Things are looking good and everyone has high hopes for what Waves will bring the coming months. Of course it's all a gamble, and the project could crash tomorrow and everything comes burning down. With that said, many have invested predicting a nice ROI and so far it's looking promising. It's the date set for passphrase resetting. After the 9th you won't be able anymore to reset your passphrase. The date Lisk will go live is still the 24th. Attention! We will not include any Lisk account ID in the genesis block which is not validated! If you fall under this category (you still have time to validate your passphrase until May 9!) you can only receive your LISK manually from us after launch. In this case you will have to send us a support request specifying your ICO email address and a newly generated Lisk account ID. |

IMHO, you have to stay away from gambling and trading. Sure it seems to be an easy way to make money, but it isn't. Only brokers and people selling you various services such as books and software tools, want you to believe that. If you want proof how hard it to earn money this way, just look at hedge funds and their performance. Basically, you need a large capital in order to earn decent money, and that is also not guaranteed(hedge funds fail often too).

Ico investors are in danger already we can see price dropping on Yobit. Yobit have made move of the year. And they earned with this token without need for real LISK. This will change future investments in ICO projects. This doesn't change anything. Yobit's Lisk IOUs are irrelevant. |
