Will merchants have to pay expenses if something goes wrong with their POS terminal?
Since merchants have to buy them, i belive that POS terminals will have warranty period. I think it all depends on the company that will partner eith Agate to provide these. Considwring that this is standard for all technical devices we don't have to question this. |

How you plan to attract new users to the platform?I mean individual users,not these big institutions and companies,as for thsoe you need signed deals i think.
Think that individuals would find this platform usefull in every day use. I think that this platform was created more for individuals than big companies I believe it to be a perfect blend of both to be honest.Simple for normal users and lots of features for companies. You can use any erc-20 compatible wallet, just make sure it is safe, that you don't download it from some scam website and make sure to use 2fa if it is possible. Can someone explains what 2fa means? |

You don't need to buy one, no.You can use any erc-20 compatible wallet,just make sure it is safe.Later you will use Agate wallet when it comes out. It is a sound advice if you are on a budget and can't afford to buy it.If you can I would suggest to buy a hardware wallet without any hesitation.It is the safest option to store your cryptocurrencies and to have a piece of mind. Which one would you recommend? Is there like the best and safest one.Good value for the prize, like best buy? Well you can choose which suits you the best, they cost almost the same a amount 20-30$ difference. You have Trezor and Ledger as an option I would bother with any other besides those 2 and they are both equally safe, there are minor differences in what cryptocurrencies they support. Considering there are mirror diferences between these two hardware wallets I would recommend Ledger Nano. |

30% founds will be allocated for marketing. Considering the importance which marketing have today I think that this is a good decision. |

Thanks for sharing that,an interesting article.For me,best reason is nr 1: Agate Blockchain: with its high speed and very low transaction fees, the Agate blockchain is way different from the rest. Completely decentralised and highly scalable, the blockchain has Smart Contracts for daily transactions with total reliability and security. A token generator engine and a block explorer to duly record every transaction with transparency are other added highlights.I think its incredibly important to have your own blockchain when you are dealing with something like ecommerce,so you are not dependant on 3rd party blockchains. Competition is fierce,many news ICOs coming every day trying to solve similar problems Agate is,so you really have keep repasting what you offer,and keep mentioning your advantages over competition,informing the community! How much money has been dedicated or allocated to legal department? I think this will be important detail for Agate so be able to do all that is intended.
5% is allocated for legal and compliance, since this is important segment, would this be enough? I think thats just estimate,and should be enough,but im sure if its needed,team will use extra funds,but no point locking too much funds for that purpose. It important that they can be flexible with this and spend extra founds if needed. |

Yes,they have some big names already ,check their website for more info. eBay, Booking.com, Alibaba, iTunes, Nike just to name a few. Those are big names, and they should help alot in the beginning after platform going live. Aren't those affiliates not partners? What is the difference between affiliates and partners after all? Aren't they both like backing and supporting the project? Speaking of differences, be differences but it is difficult to explain because 90% affiliates and partners are the same, both are mutually beneficial one another. How come you decdied to go with Ethereum blockchain,is it fast enough to support something ambitious like Dealjoy?
Ethereum blockchain is only logiacl choice,its proven,and it has best development team,it can only get better! Ethereum is a logical choice, most of the projects use that blockchain. It provides additional security to users and maybe potential problems can be easier to solve. Are there going to be any updates to the ethereum blockchain anytime soon? I believe they will, everyone will benefit if they constantly upgraded it... |
