1  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥HiRoll: 3D Ethereum Casino★No Accounts★No Min. Deposit★Instant Withdrawals🔥 on: May 14, 2018, 02:38:26 AM
Website is very slow. It's an instant piss off for somebody opening the website for the first time. Sad
Literally nothing worked and crashed my browser without loading the game. You know those fancy 3d graphics have no relevance over a simple user interface which loads in a few seconds. If you can't optimise your website to open within a few seconds,I doubt people will have patience to play there.

I tried to get in but it is always crashing my browser when it finishes loading and there is no error so I am not sure what to report.

Thank you for the feedback! We could not agree more. We are currently working on support for other browsers. We recommend using firefox to play as it does not run on Chrome yet. For a smoother game experience, please try our downloadable build under the Alpha tab in our nav bar. It has better graphics and will run much more smoothly. Or, click here to download directly.

We are still in our Alpha phase so feedback like this is extremely valuable to us. The slow will be fixed in the next couple of days.

Are deposits also secured using Ethereum blockchain technology?

Yes your deposits are secured on the blockchain through your temporary wallet. You have full control over your funds and at no point do we have any access to your funds.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll look into making the website's "spacey" design more lit up! Have fun playing!

5  Economy / Economics / Re: Feeling bitter in banks? on: May 08, 2018, 12:20:14 AM
Yeah, it is getting a bit old. As is always the case, its almost always more worth your while to spend your energy on innovation rather than dissing the competition.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple vs Ethereum on: May 07, 2018, 08:38:54 PM
Ethereum has a great feature set. Ripples centralized nature could be of interest for people who want to get into cryptocurrencies but want a more traditional money feel. I don't think that Ripple will die, but like Ethereum, I dont think either of the two, or any crypto, will ever be considered the new gold standard. It's like the USD or the English language, the vast majority of countries have some kind of support or knowledge of it.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you rather see steady growth in Bitcoin or strong upward spikes instead? on: May 07, 2018, 08:26:34 PM
I guess what the real question here is: Are you a short seller or a long term investor.

For the smart people, we want dat 5% long term steady growth Wink
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Permanent portfolio: When you can't afford to lose money on: May 07, 2018, 08:07:52 PM
These are good thoughts. I think they are mostly applicable to people who have some experience though. Investing in a market that can be essentially the same as gambling day to day for newbies who might just pull out if they see it decrease in value overnight means that until they're "ready", they should invest only what they can afford to lose. They're gonna make mistakes - even the pros do. But, for someone a bit more confident and understanding of the system, I hands down agree with you.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines Legalizes Cryptocurrency Exchanges in Economic Zone on: May 06, 2018, 10:47:19 PM
This is great news. Regulation = acceptance in the end. And thats what we need more of. More countries should follow suit.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Brazil in the process of regulation. Good or bad? on: May 05, 2018, 11:23:03 PM
I think regulation is just one of those words that has a negative connotation when it really doesn't need to. In fact, I'd argue its almost 100% positive. Regulation of something means that its actually being accepted and recognized, instead of a ban. So the more countries that accept and regulate the better!
11  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] iPhone 6S 32GB Space Gray on: May 05, 2018, 11:09:06 PM
Is there an external link we can see for photos/more details?
I will send you the details on PM if you are really interested. For now, I can only ship inside the US.

Ah, I see. No problem! I'm outside of the US, so ignore me!
12  Economy / Economics / Re: A government can create a cryptocurrency ? on: May 05, 2018, 10:58:09 PM
Technically speaking any country could launch a crypto-currency. In a lot of developing countries it would be a good idea to adopt an existing one or develop a new one. Big cost savings and they would be ahead of the curve technologically speaking. Would be cool to have US Coin or Canada Coin for us North Americans. Realistically I see it being like a dollar, and then a bunch of cournties would make their own varient of that coin zonally. Not that it makes a lot of difference, but hey, thats the way they like to operate.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Shut Up Bitcoin Haters on: May 04, 2018, 05:51:37 PM
I just ignore the haters...making contra arguments just adds fuel to the fire. They just feel bad for not investing earlier ..like the smart people did.

Bingo. I worked security for a long time. Arguing back never works. Literally never. When is the last time that you actually argued someone into submission by being the loudest or even the one who was quiet and smart about it? People have predispositions about their point of view: no matter what. they are right. The best arguers find common grounds and end the argument based on what they agree on and respectfully disagreeing on the rest. It's their loss!
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question: method against KYC stealing on: May 04, 2018, 05:46:41 PM
It would be really great if there was a pre-verification organization that would collect this data and the sole job of this company would be to protect it and be transparent about its uses within the system. Then, similarly to Captcha, there would be a single-point verification process so that the information isn't actually being spread, instead, it would be like a stamp of approval by widely trusted source.

Hmmmmmmm... maybe this is my million dollar idea.
15  Economy / Marketplace / Re: LOOKING TO INVEST MY LIFE SAVINGS NEED ADVICE on: May 04, 2018, 05:36:56 AM
The best advice I can give you is don't.

Don't invest anything you aren't willing to lose.

Period.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 10k $ on: May 04, 2018, 05:30:35 AM
Many projections to say it will rise again, and by quite a bit. It makes sense, if you believe in the future of this eco system then you need to hold onto it and trust it. We need to walk before we can run, and December was a good example of what happens if we trip and fall.

18  Economy / Economics / Re: Jim Rogers: Before All This Is Over, Gold Is Going Through The Roof on: May 03, 2018, 05:29:14 AM
Jim Rodgers has been bearish on the stock market since the 1980s and how well has that prediction worked out? The stock market has been a tremendous engine for wealth accumulation over that time. People who constantly predict economic collapse are tiresome, and it's very much a case of the boy who cried wolf. Jim Rodgers isn't the worst of them, but because there are so many of them, his predictions can mostly be lumped in with them. The bearish sentiment on the stock market has to be viewed as a black mark, even though his own fund handily outperformed. Outperforming something doesn't make the other thing a bad investment. The stock market has been an excellent investment since the 1980s.

This is an interesting point. About constantly predicting economic crash. Not many of those investors are on the top ten list. What I have found is that the top ten list is full of people who are either A) Critical yet optimistic, and B) sometimes very quiet about their successes. Not often you hear someone like Warren Buffett bad mouthing a bunch of companies or stocks.
19  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-02]- South Korean Lawmakers Draft Bill to Legalize Some Initial Coin Of on: May 03, 2018, 05:20:03 AM
Big moves coming out of Korea these last few weeks. This is absolutely a good thing. A world wide economy is a strong one, and if Korea is willing to play ball, thats a big player. This in conjunction with the end of the Korean war will be interesting times!
20  Economy / Economics / Re: How does bitcoin become a currency? on: May 03, 2018, 05:11:54 AM
Bitcoin becomes currency when it becomes more widely adopted. The reason most think of it more like stock than an actual currency is because the adoption of its use has been limited due to it being so early in its life. As long as people believe in it, buy it and hold it, work for it or trade it, it will continue to be worth something. Furthermore, it is a revolutionary technology, that just so happens to specialize in transaction. That gives it its inherent value as currency.
