Looking back 2 month ago I can't say there was pump or dump.
Crypto market was quite stable not taking in account eth growth from 80 to 140, it was a rebounce after long way down.

I like DAI, because you can store your crypto and get stable coins as a crypto backed loan.
It is like a convenient tool to allow investors to get a loan and then to buy more crypto or to waste it for own purposes cashing out

It depends on rules. I faced 2 different approaches. In a first case bounty pool is being splitted between all participants and in 2nd case unclaimed tokens remain with founders.
Also unshared bounty tokens can be used for futher bounties
