Yesterday I got the following mail from Wirex support, but this is again a standard mail and somehow it sounds like delaying, again no tracking number or concrete information about the refunds, what does Wirex actually have in their hands if not even the WXT tokens, at least they admit once that they have problems with the physical cards... We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the delay in the delivery of your card. Our team has confirmed that there was an issue on a third-party side, which caused the delay. However, the matter has been resolved, and your card should be delivered soon.
Please note that we will refund the funds for the unused benefits of the price plan and the first card delivery as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that this process involves different departments and may take some time to be processed.
We are currently considering providing some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

At the moment all Wirex customers should (in my opinion) keep their hands off ordering new physical cards. I have experienced it myself, ordered a card for 5 dollars in January, never received it and then chose the express option for 15 dollars, also never received and don't become the money back, if you read along in the Discord I'm not the only one, so currently keep your hands off Wirex and card orders, they cost money and you NEVER get them. Concerning the -WXG situation, the launch of a derivatives marketplace is a serious help in resolving it. You can enroll the vcard in Curve and pay with your phone, I tried that for fun, and in works, you don't need a Curve physical card, just their app, enroll it and then you can pay with gpay!
But since you already got your money out of I guess there is no point trying this roundabout trick anymore.
But that's not the point for me if I need another provider to pay. If Wirex no longer wants to or can no longer deliver physical cards, then they should at least integrate the NFC card function into their own app. I hope I get my approx. 400 dollars out soon and my 1.5 io WXT are unfortunately blocked for another 50 days, then I'll finally put an end to Wirex and look for a reliable provider. |

Ja es ist echt traurig, was da gerade bei Wirex abläuft... Bin ja auch nicht der einzige der derzeit Probleme hat und dann kommen solche Ausreden, in welcher Hand liegt es sonst oder trauen sich Wirex nicht die Wahrheit sagen??  Folgende Umstände sind bei mir offen und wenn das nicht in der Hand von Wirex liegt in welcher dann? - Erste Karte geordert (Ende Januar) um 5Dollar, keine bekommen wurde vom Support geschlossen und laut Support sollte ich die 5 Dollar zurück bekommen, aber keine Zeitangabe da es liegt nicht in ihrer Hand?? - Zweite Karte per Express geordert (15 Dollar) vor gut zwei Wochen, bisher ncihts nicht einmal eine Versandnummer (sollte laut FAQ innerhalb von 3 bis 4 Tagen zur Verfügung stehen). - Im Herbst habe ich meinen Elitevertrag bereits gekündigt, aber mir wurden jetzt Anfang März trotzdem ca. 62k WXT Token abgezogen, die Kündigung wurde angenommen aber meine 62k Tokens habe ich noch immer nicht zurück bekommen (sollte dann am 7 April sein), und bin gespannt wann ich wirklich und in welcher Anzahl ich die zurück bekomme. Vom Support habe ich nur schwammiges per Mail erhalten bezüglich meiner Tokens: The downgrade will come into effect on the day of the next subscription fee charge (7th April). You will be getting the benefits of the Elite plan until then. So für mich ist jetzt eindeutig WIREX ist SCAM und die haben kein Geld mehr...  Ich verlasse jetzt diesen Laden und kann nur jeden raten nicht zu viel dort liegen zu lassen, denke Wirex geht das Geld aus und können die Kreditkartenfirmen nicht mehr bedienen, die hohen APYs der letzten Jahren könnten sich jetzt doch rechen, meine BTC habe ich bereits abgezogen, wenn die WXT Tokens frei geschaltet werden (hoffe die sind in 50 Tagen noch etwas Wert), schließe ich mit diesem scheiß Laden ab. |

I thought always it's some native crap that you can only buy plans with so can I actually pull those out?
It's not much in my case, just a bit over 150 euros I think based on the rates but no way in hell I would wirex have that !!!! Yes they can send, but there is a minimum amount, for whatever reason.  As I said, the card worked, and you were satisfied, that's exactly what I was saying! That's why Wirex gets a thousand happy customers who still have a working card, they will turn unhappy when they are in the same situation as you, but that will take a while! Not sure if it helps but, why do you need the physical card? The virtual still works (tested!) so why do you need the physical when you can just enroll it with curve and spend your balance like that, if you want to use it for ATM withdrawals...common, I did once a test, and the forex rates were insane, taking cash out of is madness! And you have 1 million tokens? How much did you actually use that card ??  As Wirex still has no NFC function, I need the physical card, I use it for refuelling, daily shopping, etc. I was in Indonesia a fortnight ago, the virtual card is of no use, and if Wirex does not send my new card soon I will cancel the account, sell my Wirex tokens and get a reliable crypto debit card, currently for me I am still waiting for refunds from Wirex of about $400 is a scam agreement. Ich bin ja noch sehr neu dabei und meine Karte läuft bis 10/26. Also ich bin da ganz entspannt und bis dahin sollten alle aktuellen Probleme beseititgt sein hoffe ich.
Vielleicht ist es ganz Simpel und nur der Kartenlieferant strauchelt derzeit. Dann können sie bei Wirex noch nicht mal etwas dafür, aber bekommen natürlich den ganzen Frust ab!
Irgendwie habe ich derzeit kein gutes Gefühl, im Discord sind auch viele Konten plötzlich gesperrt (natürlich weiß man da die genauen Hintergründe nicht) aber mit den Karten ist klar ein Wirex FAIL. sollte es Probleme mit dem Kartenlieferanten geben, dann sollte man das auch kommunizieren und nicht mit Ausreden kommen, Bitte überprüfen sie die Empfangsadresse, die Karte wird erneut versendet usw. zusätzlich gibt es auch Probleme/Verzögerungen bei Rückzahlungen von bereits getätigten Zahlungen zB. Eliteplan und Versandkostenerstattung von Kartenversand. Mein Vertrauen ist derzeit erschüttert, auch beim abziehen von USDT/USDC verlangen sie Horror Gebühren von ca. 18 Dollar... Einzahlen geht mit günstigen Chains, aber Auszahlung nur über ERC20... |

Für NIO und Varta sieht es für das aktuelle Jahr ja auch nicht berauschend aus. Spiele schon mit dem Gedanken so langsam bei Varta einzusteigen, ist wieder etwas Zockergeld vorhanden  Bei NIO wird es noch einige Zeit dauern, bis die da wieder raus kommen oder einmal grüne Zahlen schreiben korrekt. Bei Varta hatte ich voriges Jahr in 6 Monaten > 30% nach Abzug der Steuer, daher habe ich mich wieder an Varta bei 15,14 Euro getraut, denke das der Boden mit dem Produktionsausfall erreicht ist (oder die verschobenen Zahlen sind so schlecht  ). Die TUI Aktie reagiert jetzt auch endlich einmal auf die guten Zahlen und steigt, da bin ich zuversichtlich das ich die dieses Jahr noch mit einem schönen gewinn abgeben kann. |

Das ist echt schade, wie sich die Situation bei Dir und dem Anschein nach auch bei anderen entwickelt. Vor ein paar Monaten waren wir hier alle noch gerne Wirex Kunden und haben die Karte uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen und jetzt? Obwohl ich derzeit keine Probleme haben und mein Anliegen nach posten des Tickets im Discord innerhalb von 2 Tagen gelöst wurde.
So schnell kann es (leider) abwärts gehen.
Wenn man eine Karte hat (wie lange geht deine noch?) funktioniert das ganze ja, aber derzeit habe ich ja keine mehr und anscheinend gibt es derzeit auch keine Auslieferung obwohl die Versandgebühren ohne Probleme eingezogen werden. Ich hoffe es bessert sich wieder, jedenfalls habe ich meinen Eliteplan gekündigt und mir wurden trotzdem 62k WXT Tokens abgezogen, jetzt ist die Rückabwicklung wieder ein Problem... Sollte ich die Karte diese Woche noch erhalten, werde ich die Zähne zusammen beißen und Wirex weiter nutzen, aber bei den Summen auf dem Wirex Konto werde ich immer aufpassen, das dies nicht zu viel ist, mein Vertrauen ist dahin. |

Das liest sich leider wirklich sehr mies. Support wurde per Mail oder Discord kontaktiert?
Oft kann man am Support (erste Anlaufstelle der Kunden) die Professionalität der Anbieter ablesen... bei dir machen sie sich da auf jeden Fall (derzeit) nicht berühmt.
Danke, wenn du Bescheid gibst, ich gehe davon aus du wirst sie wie ich nicht erhalten. Im Discord häufen sich die Meldungen "Wann bekomme ich meine Karte", "Wann bekomme ich meine Trackingnummer", usw. Den Support habe ich per Discord und Mail benachrichtigt aber ncihts außer ausreden... Übrigens immer vorher das Ticket per Mail aufmachen und im Discord die Ticket Nummer den Support senden, geht schneller aber in meinen Fall bringt es ncihts, werde vermutlich mein Wirex Konto schließen und zu CRO gehen, wenn sich da jetzt bald ncihts tut. Meine BTC habe ich dort (obwohl der 10% APY) bereits sicherheitshalber abgezogen, hoffe ich bringe meine WXT Tokens auch noch raus. Support und der allgemeine Service wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden. |

Does anyone know a way to use the wtx tokens? Other than buying plans?
Should I give it a try to exchange 250 euros to wxt to get the min requirement or will I get just stuck with more wxt tokens?
The WXT tokens have no use at all outside of the Wirex app, but you can exchange them with lower fees at OKX, Gate and HTX. But!
The card worked flawlessly, waaay better than Binance which was plagued with issues in the Euro zone!
So again, if you just want to load a card with crypto and spend anywhere, at least by last year Wirex was in the top options.
That's exactly the problem, no more physical cards have been sent out for some time and the support only makes excuses, so without a card Wirex simply doesn't work, I was satisfied for years but last year in spring the problems started (couldn't use the card for at least 2 months last year), and the support is terrible. |

Just wondering if someone else happened the same and also considers legal action against wirex:
In June of last year I had problems with my wirex card. After _months_ of back and forth they told me that it was due to my balance being "corrected".
Basically they took a failed ETH to EUR exchange from 2018 and ran it again. I don't have to tell you, that the exchange rates back then were radically different than today, but they used 2018 rates for this "correction". So they took ETH that was available to be since 2018 (because the exchange _failed_, it was not in any kind of pending state) and gave me EUR at a fraction of todays value.
I strongly believe there is intent in this, because after bringing this up to support twice, I am no longer receiving answers.
Anyone else affected?
I also don't have a good picture of Wirex anymore, the following 3 things have happened to me the last 2 months without any solution (i don't will already speak about 2 month last year without function), I have already withdrawn my BTC there to a secure address, but went after about 3 hours without any problems (even if that is too long). - Ordered a card via standard shipping at the end of January, no card for 2 months and no refund of the $5. - Two weeks ago I ordered a card with express shipping for $15 but received neither the card or the $15. - Three weeks ago I was deducted about 62k WXT tokens for the elite plan I cancelled in autumn, supposedly I will get a refund at some point but nothing, and I want my 62k WXT tokens and not a price-adjusted Euro. I paid in WXT and want my full WXT back, I'm curious. Wirex is currently under all sow there is something lazy in this shop and suppoirt, today in the Discord channel already with me 3 people who do not receive their cards, no matter if standard or express shipping, and no answer from the support except standard answers. |

Als Dividendentitel zum Aufstocken mMn zurzeit interessant: NextEra Energy, Air Products & Chemicals und McCormick.
Sind aber alles eher defensivere Titel fürs Langzeit-Depot. Aber wie auch während der letzten beiden Crypto Bullenmärkte wird auch dieses mal wieder von hochspekulativ zu defensiv umgeschichtet, wenn der spekulative Teil des Portfolios zu große Höhen erreicht.
Ich bin derzeit mit meinem 3M Dividenden Titel sehr zufrieden und wirft jedes Quartal so einige Prozente (Gesamt) ab, kommt natürlich auch auf den Kaufpreis an. Bei meinen anderen Titel wird es noch etwas dauern bis die in ein vernünftiges Plus kommen zum verkaufen, aber ich habe da ja grundsätzlich Zeit auch wenn mir (wem nicht) rasch lieber wäre  .  Zusätzlich habe ich ein erstes kleines Ziel für mich erreicht und es sind jetzt in etwa 40% meines Portfolios in "stabilen" Dividenden Aktien, der Wert soll noch auf 60% ausgebaut werden aber da muss ich vorher einmal folgendes verkaufen: NIO, Varta, TUI und Alibaba |
