In my opinion it is for sure, the bitcoin will rise in the future for sure and its the future of all currency's. Also the halving is coming so if you invest now in 1 bitcoin you will gain a lot of profit on just one bitcoin.

We already made alliances with enough merchants and big institutions and companies to make it work {Dell / Microsoft / Overstock ....} Once you have a merchant network accepting a payment option, and you have a way to trade, you are already geared for bigger things. The uncertainties are more on the regulatory side, than anything else. The technology is rock solid and secure... so there should be no reason to worry. Escrow will work for both parties trust case I guess. Personally I will not advice to anyone to go for loan lend because Its risky one like gambling. Before thinking about that luxury apartment you should think about getting the necessary bitcoin for it. I don't imagine such an apartment being cheap.
First thing should be done first is to introduce BTC on a single community, and make BTC as main mode of payment instead of cash, an experimental approach and can be easily done if someone will sponsor it. and then you can find all the basic things can be bought by BTC.
