I first got bitcoin from withdrawing from gambling sites. I deposited with another method but could withdraw bitcoin so i did it. Around that time bitcoin was around $220 usd or so and when i got it, i would then trade it for poker funds from other person etc because I didn't want to hold the bitcoins due to reading about price fluctuations. However, isn't the value of bitcoin almost always going to go up so its best to hold it? I know last year it was $600 and the highest was when it was more than $1000 per bitcoin. But since it is all the way down to $200-$300, isn't having bitcoin always good? Could bitcoin go all the way to 0 soon? I had thought hey if you get bitcoin when its $230 when the price stayed like that for a long time, thats great b/c very hard for it to go below $200 because i haven't seen that. But even if it does, isn't it almost always going to rebound and go back up? Last time i had btc and it was $230 or so and now it went up to $260. So if you have say 100 bitcoins... well... thats a nice $3000 profit or so.
I'm sure there are ppl that have thousands or bitcoins right and just hold on to it? And many that would sell btc immediately if prices go all the way up? If someone had say 500 bitcoin... then btc price went up $20 in say a week or so... selling it would net them $10000 minus fees right? However if they sell it via localbitcoins or other method, they are going to get a higher profit right? However if they do this, say sold all their 500 btc... then once bitcoin later in the year go up another $50... well that would be $25000 less they would have earned.
In general, isn't holding BTC always a good thing since the price of it is pretty low now? Obviously if you bought btc at $600 or $1000 and thought it would went up and held on to your btc, that would been a disaster. But since its in the $200-$300 range, isn't having BTC always good?
it is not fastest way here, but it's not risky you, i mean bitcoin is pretty popular now and halving comes so everyone buys bitcoin and price rises, so if you'll keep bitcoins for 1 year atleast you will get a lot of money for sure Holding BTC a long time to make money is not good idea, better try to buy some altcoins at low price and then sale them at higher price, and change back to BTC... |

Collecting btc with faucet may be lost of time I tried but small amount of it I have feeling that I make more with alt coin faucets
signature campaign is very good for collecting bitcoin, then you can grow your bitcoin to invest. it's better than play gambling, trading, lending, faucets and etc. there are several safe investment by buying bitcoin then wait for price increases or playing mining clouds on the site is legit. |

Anyone here have tried giving a loan at LoanBase? I'm kinda looking for reviews or experiences at their autoinvest scheme.  I have tried BTCjam but too much formalities get a 1 BTC loan also But If you invest and be a lender means you can more money by interest. I think as long as you lend money only with some easily liquidated collateral then you will be always winner in lending business but once you start lending money based on some trust without any collateral then you may have some failures because you need to study persons trust factor that is the most difficult portion in this world. |

The answer is yes, price of bitcoin matter, nobody will a lot waste time for cheap things. If you will lost 5 cents you will not care about it. Same as if bitcoin will cost 5 cents.
Yup...Bitcoin price will matter to me till a day when I can buy anything and everything with Bitcoins, without having to exchange bitcoins for dollars. But that day is not too far,its coming by the name called Halving;) |

The halving has been made to make and force bitcoin to get a bigger value,otherwise we would see all the coins mined over the next 20 years maybe.Nakamoto made them to make bitcoin grow over time ,not to let it on the hands of big holders to pump and dump.
Ha ha ha. To see Satoshi's price expectations We have not reached the ground also, Its a simple price what we are seeing currently. In the year of 2050. Bitcoin will be worth of 10000$ for sure. Thats why many people in europe They use purchase many bitcoins as much they get the salary. Stick to purchase bitcoins as much you can to make good profit in future at least in halving time. |

It's normal that cash value to depreciate, even if you save your money into bitcoin, you could still feel that...Bitcoin to buy things, you still need to convert it to fiat, definitely there is a payment on the exchange sites, while cash is as ease...The thing is, you will buy on physical stores and the price is based on fiat.. Nope its not like that. It is really fast When you pay a cheque from another bank into your bank, the bank will often hold that money for several days, because it can’t trust that the funds are really available, unlike today transactions are pending for 2 to 7 days for confirmation. Saving will make your money grow soo slow that you will sleep watching it .With investment you wont be able to sleep well,as you will imagine if you making money or loosing it,the thing is investment will always be better as the potencial return.
Its depend on fiat money now, because buyers of bitcoins or users are depending on the price of bitcoin, they will used it, buy or sell bitcoin when they know if the price of bitcoin is high or low, So its means bitcoin is depending on fiat money presently. In future Bitcoin will be widely accepted money So people should try to adopt it more to make growth in bitcoins. |

For me It is same concept like why using debit card and not using cash.. It absolutely will get more safety if we didn't get a lot cash money when walking around the street. And with btc you can do more transaction in a minute than transaction with cash... |

High risk if you invest it to somewhere else like ponzi.. savings is the best for me while you earning bitcoins in campaign just hold it and save it to your wallet.. just wait for the halving and sell it.. so that you can make more profit with your bitcoin...
some people actually no need to save because they already got what they want but still they need saving too for their future if suddenly in one day you loss your in you investment, altough you are rich may be in one day your money will be all gone and this saving will help you but it can't provide all of your loss, at least it can help you a little bit |

Nope people complaining about BTC is dead , because they waited the price to go 5000$ for a long time and disappointed when it didnt happen. Besides, new participation rate to BTC community has decreased but not zero. Still there are reasons like this. these are few reasons. |

It cant replace fiat,the printed money will become digital,as bitcoin is full digital already,soo fiat will be able only online,with cards and instant transfern will happen,bitcoin will belong ton that period of full digital.
Yeah, bitcoin can't replaces the money. But bitcoin can go along with money. The price of bitcoin is also depend on fiat though. So i think both already good in their own ways. Even I agree that,But replacement in the sense It will replace International transaction and this bitcoin will help more to common people who is not able pay to many taxes and other hidden charges. Instead of saving separate country banking system which have link International reserve banking system will get damage because of bitcoin transaction method. Try to get a good signature campaign like Secondstrade or Bitmixer. This can pay $1 per hour, just don't spam posts or you will get banned.

i believe that bitcoin is being used for illigal activities just as much as any other currency
