I agree, noble price is so cheap right now. I can't believe how far it has fallen and for no good reason. Looking to buy some but I'm gonna wait for it to level off first just in case.
It won't go any lower than this dude, I am just waiting for my BTC to clear and am buying some more. I hope you're right. I thought last month noble and other alts were stupid cheap and most are now down another 50%-75% which is shocking to me. It's like a giveaway at these levels. If I had enough BTC I'd buy now and I'd keep buying if it goes lower. Easy 10-fold, maybe a lot more. I've put in an order for another 2.6m. At this price I can't afford not to. I know that Noble has been consistently underpriced, but at 11/12 satoshis it is just a joke. I thought I had got a bargain when I bought a load for 24. When it was 100 something satoshi, I thought it was pretty cheap back then hah. Just need to get through the summer time. Plus, the incoming releases should help aswell! |

So after yesterday's pointers I decided to have another go at it. Basically the logo is a "C"-like structure that is housing the 4 dots. The dots aren't visually connected, but in your mind you can link them (even making an X); and that's what they represent: connectivity. In case you miss it: the 16x16 icon is at the bottom of the image. PS: I think I still like my first one better. |

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say no more circles. I do not want a coin logo.
I'm looking for a motif of some kind which can scale down to 16x16, and act as a logo. I would like the words ClearingHouse as part of the final logo but such that it can be cropped off. This will give a dual purpose symbol - as logo and as a currency emblem for exchanges etc.
I would also like to see designs not based on letters, but the ideas of interconnectivity, trust, partnership, interlinking. There are two sides to every trade. We're embossing data on the blockchain cryptographically.
I think I'm pretty close to that then. Maybe I'll submit a different one later if I come across something cool in my mind. |

I would like to stress the bond between Viacoin & ClearingHouse. They are like siblings, a big brother and a little brother; or a Dad and Child. Or in a more mathematical representation - a sort of "derivative" from Viacoin I therefore would like to suggest first, that any proposed logo for viacoin, will include a thumbnail of viacoin at one of the corners so that viewers will be able to see both, one near the other, and assess the bond and match of the two.
I am not a designer BUT - as consequence of the above, I think that the design principles should be based on the Viacoin logo - the colours, the lines, the symbol. It is a given and is not going to change. http://viacoin.org/So for example - - The use of elliptic curves in CH would look unrelated to Viacoin's logo even though by themselves it can be a nice logo
- The CH font should be the same as used in Viacoin
- The circle that borders Viacoin should be used for CH
- The concept of using two colours for the name "Via" & "Coin" should be applied to "Clearing" & "House"
I understand that the above limits the scope of creativity, but i think we can not ignore the Viacoin logo which is a given, and the relationship between these 2 logos. In any case, these are merely my personal thoughts and suggestions. I for one will admire any creative work, but chose only what I believe complements and blends with the Viacoin logo. My 2cents Then why not have the last designer make the new logo? (Not complaining. Honest question.) btcdrak mentioned in the post above yours that it shouldn't look like a coin logo, so why use the same bordering circle? Also, please post VIA's font name. |

So here it is. Not much explaining to do... I went for simple, clean, sleek and scalable. The logo itself is (obviously) a house and the connected squares in the middle represent the blockchain. In terms of colouring, it's whatever you wanna do with it pretty much. I think it looks best with a solid colour, but you could go for a gradient or some patern. Hope you like it. 16x16: |

I think Noble still lacks a proper video presentation. Saw the Reddcoin video today and it looks really awesome; probably professionally done too. Don't worry about the price guys, or temporary pumps and dumps! All will be resolved when BTC goes to $4000 by July. The alt-coins will follow, but by a 3X increase over BTC - so 3 x 4 = 12.
BTC is on a 7-8 months price cycle, and all coins are referenced to it - just crunch the data since 2011: Log of BTC price, over Log of Hashing Power, gives the best cycle indicators.
We are near... the next price increase should start around end of May, and peak 6 weeks later. Not me, data talking - and we have over 5 years worth of that stuff to look at, but more reliably 3 years.
You have only 5 weeks to gather as many NOBL as you can... or any other coins for that matter, but my heart is with NOBL.
Ain't that some wishful thinking... $4000. I'm not worried about price either, but a bit about volume. Dropped to 6 BTC on mintpal today. |
