UPDATE

Due to the relatively small number of investors, which are currently fewer than 20, we've decided to extend the IPO for a further 3 weeks, all investors investing after this period of time will form part of Stage 2 and all prior investors will form part of Stage 1. We understand that Stage 1 investors have put more faith in us and as a result they will receive a 40% greater ROI than investors in Stage 2.

During the course of that time we shall release various bits of our project to the project. Some of these include a new concept to visualize data on the Numus blockchain and a web-wallet concept which we shall release to the public in due time.

Stage 2 of the IPO will now end on May 10 2014, with initial distribution starting on May 15 2014.

We have extended the IPO for the sole reason that initial investors, of which currently there a very few, could crash the market whenever they please as the current distribution would place too much NMS in the hands of a small few.

He received not enough BTC, he need to get more!

Obvious that this Scam

This is gonna follow the way of BC or WC has allready reach is limit at 2500 sats?

I do not think that in 2500sat it limit. I think WC at least 1/3 the price BC. so, predicted price is more than 10000sat

COMM developers are very crafty. They made a whole army of naive people vote and do different dirty work.
But only 1 out of 100 will get coin for this. The other 99 are doing it for the "good word". bravo Grin

I am just curious...how many people voting on MintPal do NOT have a stake ?

I am also surprised at how people continue to be humiliated, in the hope that once they give a few coins Cheesy
Just buy some

I wish to EMC2 new floor at 1k.

Block reward halving is coming soon, in less than 1 000 blocks.

Yeah ! Next pump you can expect 2-3k for a 1k floor !

Price drive up right now !

This mean that i can sell high and rebuy at lower price then? I always afraid that if i sell my coins at high price, i cant rebuy then at lower Smiley psychological barrier)

Today marks the anniversary of the passing of the great Albert Einstein.

Here is some information from Wikipedia:

On 17 April 1955, Albert Einstein experienced internal bleeding caused by the rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm, which had previously been reinforced surgically by Dr. Rudolph Nissen in 1948.[84] He took the draft of a speech he was preparing for a television appearance commemorating the State of Israel's seventh anniversary with him to the hospital, but he did not live long enough to complete it.[85]

Einstein refused surgery, saying: "I want to go when I want. It is tasteless to prolong life artificially. I have done my share, it is time to go. I will do it elegantly." He died in Princeton Hospital early the next morning at the age of 76, having continued to work until near the end.

During the autopsy, the pathologist of Princeton Hospital, Thomas Stoltz Harvey, removed Einstein's brain for preservation without the permission of his family, in the hope that the neuroscience of the future would be able to discover what made Einstein so intelligent.[87] Einstein's remains were cremated and his ashes were scattered at an undisclosed location.

In his lecture at Einstein's memorial, nuclear physicist Robert Oppenheimer summarized his impression of him as a person: "He was almost wholly without sophistication and wholly without worldliness ... There was always with him a wonderful purity at once childlike and profoundly stubborn.

Albert Einstein did much more than his share for science, technology, and the human race. The Einsteinium Foundation hopes to continue his legacy of giving back to science and to the people who share his dreams of a brighter and bigger future.

Did not know that, interesting historical reference, thanks.
I have a question: how much EMC2 was donated in the first epoch?
And how much will donate in 2nd Epoch?

395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC2] Einsteinium | Funding the future with the future of currency on: April 18, 2014, 04:27:34 PM
We have 69751 block mined. Not so far 72000 block, when block halving.
2nd Epoch comes to an end.
If price remains at this level (aprox 600 satoshi), we lose some miners?

397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LIM] Limecoin donation in support of edgecoin investors on: April 18, 2014, 11:01:07 AM
I have only 0.01btc IPO in Edge, but get 500 LIM.

It would be cool if others coins followed to Limecoin, and help to big IPO investors.

does anyone thing the fork will increase the value of this coin?

I mine this coin most often but I'm mining something else that I think has better short term profitability right now, but I'll switch back to emc2 if it's a better investment right now for my miners.

Huh

This not question about short-term profit. Many people just buying EMC2 and hold for long-term. i remember in one day volume at Poloniex was ~140btc. since no sells such large volumes
People hold, which means they believe in EMC2

I wanted to vote for the fruit flies one but I don't feel right about it going 100% to housing. What do yall think?

Exactly the same feeling here. I didnt post anything about it, i was just gonna let it go, but tbh i hope in the future the einsteinium foundation selects the projects where the funding goes directly towards the science, and not towards housing/travel/other miscellaneous costs.

I voted for the diabetes one because the money was going to be used for more 'scientific' reasons.

Same thing. This best bidder in voting
