my power went suddenly off, and after restart the comp, my wallet said the blockchain was corrupt and reindexed from the scratch....
but 2 days now it stuck at block 994900 ... i have 34 active connections ...
but why is this not syncing properly ??
few time in 2 years i have same problem with ams wallet i delete evertything and start again wallet indeed i had this also before, and the way you described was the solution... in meanttime it 1 year to go |

little to late for this warning , in 2018 it was new scam method, instead of ico they invent this... Masternodes ..... but in the begin 2018 it was profitable , till the fall of btc ... then all alts got beaten.... i am still holder of this MN , its fast , 100% pos and because of this i will keep this to the end..... |

As there is not enough support from the community there will be no development/swap/new-coin in the foreseeable future.
Creating a new coin and coordinating everything is not an easy task and requires a broader support which in this case simply doesn't exist.
It makes no sense to me to do all the work without any support.

Cursed SCAM !!!  Wallet stopped syncing! did you update to the latest version? as far as i know everything is working fine. the dev is active in discord but the whole project is kind of frozen. price is ultra dumped but there is no exchange anyways. people are quietly stocking up for the next bull run. if you have some ideas on what directions tok should take your are welcome to share them in discord. the dev didnt scam but it also didnt work out as planned, we had a great time, it could come back. waiting for better days. as long as the chain is moving and dev is talking, there is progress... lol, when the wallet stuck its a scam  i am agree with your post @polylogic, but the reason of the dump is, its the lack of the devs... they promised some features ... till know they didnt make it real ... the biggest pro on this is , its 100% POS , so its not energy hungry as pows ... but its still early for crypto-world, so anything can happen |

The current market situation is really bad, If you invest in any altcoin it probably will go down. I would say just wait for the market to start moving up then invest or invest now and wait for 2-4 years / whenever Waves reaches your desired price. so long to wait for the rise ? and wich alts gonna survive ?? ... i have a feeling there is more going on in crypto-world!! Yeah, Long-term investing is generally beneficial. Waves is sure going to survive, Development is strong, A lot of people are developing dapps as well.
