In case you guys are in a hurry to get it coinmarketcap listed and to its third exchange, we can get it listed cheaply by paying GIO at https://graviex.net/listing_registers (costs only around 0.1 BTC total because 1 GIO only costs 5 satoshis or so. Version 2.1.4 Change log: Lowered minimum Swift TX fee from 0.01 BTC2 to 0.00050000 BTC2. This fee change will only take effect after enough masternodes update to v.2.1.4 or newer. RPC sendfrom command can now optionally send as a Swift TX and will no longer use funds from other accounts if the transaction fee + amount would total more than the amount in the account’s balance. Also, now if account name is a BTC2 address, change is sent to that address. RPC listtransactions fix: Write new transactions to wtxOrdered properly. Allow passing change address as string to CreateTransaction(). RPC importprivkey command now returns the public address on success and sets the public address as the label if “$pub” is passed to it as the label. Updating to this version is recommended but optional. As recommended earlier by the Developer, I use hosting on Amazon, which does not incur any costs. I have 40 coins in my wallet and in two weeks I received 1.2 reward coins. Is that enough or little? With 40 BTC2 staking the randomness of when you get rewarded is higher than with a higher amount. Right now it's behind the average then if you mean literally 14 days. But you can expect around 156% annual ROI at the moment. |

The problem with the CREX24 exchange is,.. No one want to sell BTC2 there's a lot of Buy order than sell order.. Though it might be good sign but it will not healthier to attract more traders..
I think this is not a problem, those who want to buy just have to raise the price and there will be people willing to sell. I really liked the idea of getting coins on the exchange. Is the developer planning to resume distribution? Yes, the faucet will return online every now and then. Including today. |

Some faucets including ours seem to automatically pause for no real reason every now and then before running out of coins to distribute. Perhaps when somebody makes a higher rank faucet, some lower rank faucet pauses.

Forkonex is a really new exchange and they had or still have some technical problem. So crex24 is still the best option for now. The next release of Bisq will also feature BTC2 trading and that will let us apply for coinmarketcap. Agreed about the push to bigger exchanges of course, and that is just a matter of time. We'll have the web wallet released and start advertising before that in order to have a bigger community first. The web wallet is now functional in closed beta but there's a bit more work to be done on it. It's good to know your update about this project, and we were assure you that we are willing to support BTC2 and will also help your team to create a huge community! When you're plan to launch the web wallet? Is it POS capable also? The plan is to release it this month. And yes it is POS capable but running Bitcoin 2 Core on your own computer will still be the best way to stake BTC2. |

I have a question jackleszz. Now I see 21 masternods and one of them is labeled "Unknown". What does "Unknown" mean? After all, my wallet sees this masternod? I think this is some kind of problem and for those who install masternods this may be important.
Yes, that is probably a desktop computer running from home. In other words, set up in a different way (that is hard to get right), but still with the valid 1000 BTC2 as collateral. Meaning is it possible to run the btc2 masternode in pc using non static IP? Some homes have a static IP address. In the end if you manage to setup a reachable server at home, that will work. Also using a dynamic DNS program like NOIP.com could help a changing IP address maintain its status as being reachable but we haven't tried such a setup. |

theres less than 1000 btc2 for sale on the exchange, so if someone wanted to setup another masternode it wouldnt be possible for that person to buy the required coins.
Not that much less than 1000 BTC2 right now, some days there were more. There's new bids and asks every now and then so even if someone can't get it all at one go, people can leave their offer there. is there an optimal number of masternodes required for a healthy network? are 17 masternodes enough?
Always operational, with plenty of backup nodes if some go down? Yes. Optimal? No. The more the merrier. The number is growing as is. After advertising and/or another exchange listing, which will lead to a coinmarketcap.com listing, things should pick up speed. |
