and he just plays stupid because as you said he has some of the funds and he is not giving it back , so this means he is 100% conman, because the logic is any Christian, as he is pretending to be would return his % from the deal and would point the other people from that imaginable other city.  But only lies till now.

Yes, the truth is that he invited me at his home , he has 3 kids just divorced single father and I was pitting him the whole year ,because after some time he started to say that the others have scammed him to believe they will give him the BOSS seat. But now I am sure it has been his plan from the very beginning. Anyway I know from him there are other people from Pernik city and others as well , and the One from Stara Zagora, lets see how many will be in the end.

can anyone contact   vb2005, because I think he is one of his victims as well.

Also , the whole time he was saying he was scammed from others that made a fool of him that they had this software to mine with 80TH

  I actually was invited at his home with his 3 kids ,No wife just divorced and this guy gave me 10 boxes with S9 Bitmain Labeled SWISS MINER TECH same as on the Ad. the PSU also Branded Swiss miner tech looking cool (red on white) that's  how I made the transfer,inside his home (damn) . His kid was even confirming that they are doing this business on a daily basis , he said he has this website for miners  https://bitcoinminers.bg/ from where he has started, has made a lot of farms here in BG (OMG)

  He said this S9  is their test version  and their actual model is on the way and that the software is the important and that I am buying a license   and then he said must order the oil and the tank and the cooler and I gave him cash for these and he delivered all in 2 weeks , but then started to say that there is an issue with my place , it is too hot or the electricity shuts down unexpectedly very often or any other issue , and then I told him to give him back all the equipment and he to  give me back my money ,but one year waiting.He was so good, In the beginning even he invited me to go to the church every tuesday and sunday , you will think this guy is an Angel . Taking care of his 3 kids alone ,the youngest was one year old the eldest was around 9-10. I pitted him the whole time ,as I myself have grown only with my dad.
  
   But Before 3 months I saw him with a new car , so I asked him to start giving me something ,just to throw  a 100 EUR per month , but nothing. So I told him now , "you don't give me a chance , I have to file a complaint" and he threaten me that ,if I do so ,I will not only not get a penny from him ,but then I will be the one to  owe  money to him, not he to me . This guy is a devl. and pretends to be an Angel, I was so lured that I begged him to sign a contract for EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS for the US market, and we signed it   , I reserved a web domain swissminertech.com, I gave his accomplice - this other guy with him from the youtube ad- Aleksandar, an access to this website and some 400 leva to start building it with their logo and video and stuff.
  I think I really have to file the complaint ,but must find more victims , can anyone contact   vb2005, because I think he is one of his victims as well.  I read his posts, I cant contact him as a newbie, please give him my telegram , i will post it later if it is allowed , thanks!

Hi  vb2005 , I was also scammed from these swiss miner, till now already one year I waited to give me back my money. The thing is that I am from Sofia and I saw them many times personally. We became friends even in the beginning. Going to the church together , this guy Vladimir Ivanov Penev has 3 kids, I was pitying him the whole time ,because he was explaining to me that  they scammed him also, but now when I finally asked him we go together in  the police and write all down about the people that scammed him and me ,he refused and he started to threaten  me  that ,if I do so ,I will be the one to own him money  . but this is actually a scam that is not a single breach of contract, so here I don not know how or if I can give you  my telegram or email to contact me and make a bigger case ? Please advice for further action. Thanks

Hi, guys I am from Bulgaria , I will call and research these swissminers,if they  are scammers or not, as of now the company is real it appears in brra.bg , old company with activity and all tax papers published on the website of the Bulgarian brra.bg, which does not mean that they can not scam , but at least they post their whereabouts. I Will check and update you asap. But guys ,please advise what I should look for more except that I can meet them and I can ask other miners here if they know them, also what kind of proof should I ask , because if their miner is the same as the Asicminer company how this can be confirmed in practice that it works?
