Thanks for support and thanks for questions. My colleagues already answered on LCB forum - yes, we had few issues with some games and we already switched them off due to investigation together with our game providers.

Comments from my own side: we are not making games with our own hands, we simple make agreements with 3rd party game providers and integrate their games into our platform. 1. View of the game:

I showed 5 version of the same game in 5 different views. For everyone it's working and you are the first person who is complaining about it. My suggestion is to check your resolution or check it in different browsers.

2. Losing bets due to some delays in the system:

As I can see you were registered 4 days ago (so I'm not sure what answer you are waiting for 1 month) and didn't make any deposits, just played for fun and received free money from promotion few days ago.  

3. Regarding live chat support:

We are using service of our support from game provider. Guys are making awesome job without any doubts. And we basically don't care what projects they are also supporting.
