I've had my account on Btctalk under the user  tanjil2. Seems my account was locked (perhaps when I reset password and has to retry multiple times). Emailed the email that's provided that I assumed goes to Theymos.I'd really my account unlocked.

Those tokens cannot beyond bitcoins for what so ever. Bitcoin blockchain is not known for its ability to enable smart contracts.

Many people think that the name of Satoshi Nakamoto is a pseudonym and a group that founded bitocin .And since there is a new owner then it could easily command on retrieving the crypto and the transfer from the original owner of bitcoin to the new owner.

You just had to look at the manner in which Bitcoin Futures were introduced, to see where Bitcoin ETFs would be going with this. Governments will not allow institutional investors to invest large amounts of money into a speculative market.
