Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

When bitcoin sorts out its scaling issues and start running smart contracts on Rootstock it will give eth competition. Assuming it all work of course  Smiley Wink
The blockchain network can be really frustrating when transactions are delayed, it's sometimes disturbing to wait for so long for a transaction to confirm and go into completion after paying high amount of money as transaction fees or processing fees.

The probability of this event is high, but is not 100%. How do you think the bitcoin will give up its positions or not and how will everything happen?[/i]
Apple and oranges.
Bitcoin is trully revolutionary, if you compare bitcoin to ripple, sorry but you have no idea about technology behind this inventions.
Bitcoin is most stable/safe currency out there. Its slow because of that, but security is more important than anything else here. Don't worry about bitcoin, its best store of value in the world.

Ethereum is just experiment, and ripple is centralised garbage.

I agree with you, but many people use it for the base of ethereum, for example, when creating smart contracts! I think they can still go to a good level.

ETH is okay, but for people who loves to be banged by the governments - ETH is not highly Anonymous as BTC. about Ripple - the parent firm, Ripple is selling blockchain solutions, but that does not back ripple or XRP token to be the best, especially, when it's centralized.

Bitcoin is most secure it is very important
Bitcoin sidechain is coming .I have been reading article about sidechain development  and it looks like everything is going fine. Many developers are working to deliver best sidechain solution
Bitcoin will be included in Bakkt release from day one other coins maybe later
Ethereum has his problems yet another chain update was unsuccessful it doesn't looks good to me
Ripple is centralized.Ripple is 100% premine

I am sure they can not outperform bitcoin.
BTC is quite mature now and more than 70% of traders are bitcoin holders.
