Yep.. with some modification (adding -ldl into noblecoin-qt.pro) I'm able to compile QT client on Ubuntu 18.04 Also on my Ubuntu 16.04 VPS I can compile noblecoind without any modification.

Code on https://github.com/qubitcoin/QubitCoin merged with https://github.com/willowrose/QubitCoinVery Very thanks @willowrose, @a.i.a, @penambang - please pm to me, I'll give you access to the official git repository. Unfortunately, I can not particularly help in the development, but I can help in the promotion. Are there any plans? The coin needs a new face! For starters, I suggest adding a coin to the exchange https://yobit.net I do not have Q2C - could someone sell me q2c cheaper or sponsor for new exchange? Listing type (premium) I will pay myselfKrecu!!! how are you pal?

have you tried this:/github.com/eagleflies/noblecoin/wiki/Importing-private-keys-from-old-wallet.dat-using---salvagewallet-option
my wallet.dat is encrypted, -salvagewallet is not working for me Open your old PoW wallet and do "dumprivkey", no need to sync blockchain, then import it to new PoS wallet using "importprivkey" in your wallet console
Thanks mate! If I understood correctly this is a POS-wallet and it is worthless to import a POW-wallet file in there? My wallet is from 2013-2014 or something like that You need old PoW wallet to export your private key, then import it to PoS wallet

I downloaded Berkeley version 4.8 into a folder but I'm not sure how to get autogen.sh and/or configure to incorporate this directory while compiling (yet?) . I also can't claim to understand what the function of Berkelely DB actually is (or what it does). It's probably really simple... for example, when I type ".configure --help" in the bottom-level directory for QubitCoin, it outputs a long of possible flags or options that might be used (and it's probably some simple input to configure that will allow Berkeley 4.8 to be incorporated and hopefully after providing the suitable commands this thing will work effectively from there.
If you using ubuntu, installing BDB4.8 via PPA is more simple, sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libdb4.8-dev libdb4.8++-dev Read here for more details on building under unix: https://github.com/willowrose/QubitCoin/blob/master/doc/build-unix.md
