I understand that the specialist team is in direct contact with you about this

No, nobody is in direct contact with me, let alone any 'specialists'. Since the very beginning, since last Friday, I have only received ONE generic email signed by 'Scott' saying that everything is taken care of, without even acknowledging my problem, even though everything was explained in the quote section attached to the email. Apparently nobody had read what I had written in my support tickets. Saying that everything is all right is nothing but joking. You have clearly not taken this seriously, thinking all of this is a joke. Now that my lawyers discovered interesting details about the missing licenses of Cloudbet, I don't think it will be amusing anymore. They agree it is very absurd of Cloudbet to have taken the risk of unlawfully withholding a lousy amount of less than 2 grands. This might very well be the cheapest ever scam attempt in the world of unlicensed bookies with the most expensive consequences.

Hi audiotest,

I am very sorry for the issue you are having, and will discuss this with our customer service team immediately. I will also be monitoring your support ticket for the updates.

Our Live Chat team are here to help, though some matters do require review by our specialist team. In any case, you should not have felt like they were disconnecting from your chat or ignoring your request, so my apologies if this was the case.

If you require any further assistance, please do reach out to me directly.

Many thanks
Peter @ Cloudbet

You have no right to tell me that 'I should not have felt like they were disconnecting from your chat or ignoring my request' because that is exactly what you did! During the chat started on: 2018-05-12 04:56 PM UTC with 'Mark'.

And surprisingly enough today, right after I had my first meeting with my lawyer discussing your actions, 'Scott' from your team contacted me by email. Of course, he had not read about my problems as he acted as if this was a standard withdrawal delay issue. Even within the message he had sent, he quoted my support ticket in which I had explained what exactly my problem was. Then again, in his email he kept telling he was 'unable to identify any chats where your session was terminated by an agent'. Fortunately, your website is still sending automated copies of my support tickets and live chats to my email, even if it gets terminated by your side so I found it, as I mentioned above, copied the chat where your agent disconnected me and sent to 'Scott'.

I still can't believe you have purposely chosen to keep going down this road of continuing such mischief. I think all the people whom you have previously pulled this scam off were too afraid to demand their rights on a legal basis. Well, I'm afraid you have messed with the wrong person this time, and presumably for the last time.

So it has officially been over 48 hours since they have been withholding my funds, approaching the 50 hour mark. Multiple complaints filed, no response whatsoever ever since my first attempt on last Friday. I'm not even able to live chat anymore since they disconnected me yesterday while still typing about my issue (I reckon they have some sort of IP blacklist feature). Such a pity they're choosing to go down that road, besides, over such a laughable amount of a few thousands of dollars. I could have understood that they might be thinking it was worth the risk if they were trying to pull off such a scam over at least tens or hundreds of grands. But this was simply a needless risk which I hope they will not regret taking, considering what they could lose. Could be just some reputation, perhaps more, or even their very existence. They might be thinking they're safe from trouble without having a proper license and covered up by a Montenegrin company, in this era of rather darker ages of online betting legislation. But things are changing very quickly in favor of customer rights. I will be very interested to hear what my lawyer is going to say about this, should they still have kept ignoring me by Monday morning.

I'm afraid I have to express my fury at your support team who disconnected me from a live chat support dialog during when I was typing about my problems, today, on 12.05.2018, at 18:06 UTC. I demand an explanation as well as compensation for my greater problem: It has been officially well over 24 hours since my withdrawal request on a weekday, on 11.05.2018, at 17:29 and it is still pending. The first live support correspondent of yours (not the one who disconnected me) promised the withdrawal team will contact me today but I still have not received any emails. Unfortunately, the problem does not there as it isn't just a simple withdrawal delay issue in my case. Concerning the withdrawals, I am using a private online wallet service when I withdraw from Cloudbet and my online wallet service periodically changes my receive BTC address for security reasons. Since it has been so long over my withdraw request, the receive address I had in my wallet (which I therefore entered in my withdraw request on Cloudbet) now no longer exists, replaced by a new one. I hope you could contact me privately to resolve my issues and that I will not have to initiate legal actions instead. Not to mention I have left multiple messages to your Cloudbet support service since yesterday but received no response whatsoever.
That is what to be expected with this online casino -slash- sportsbookie man.
They will disconnect you so they do not need to answer your questions they rather not give an answer too. Undecided

Sorry to tell you this but my advice would be to move to another sportsbook. Wink

I have already decided not to return to that joke of a place ever again, as soon as I receive my earned funds, and I'll do whatever it takes for it. There is no excuse to what they have been doing for the past 36 hours.
