This is true. A sportbook can not cancel a bet if it won.
You need to show their support an official result of the win so it is absolutely evidence and post a screenshot of the result and the link to the match result to their customer support department.

And surprisingly enough today, right after I had my first meeting with my lawyer discussing your actions, 'Scott' from your team contacted me by email. Of course, he had not read about my problems as he acted as if this was a standard withdrawal delay issue. Even within the message he had sent, he quoted my support ticket in which I had explained what exactly my problem was. Then again, in his email he kept telling he was 'unable to identify any chats where your session was terminated by an agent'. Fortunately, your website is still sending automated copies of my support tickets and live chats to my email, even if it gets terminated by your side so I found it, as I mentioned above, copied the chat where your agent disconnected me and sent to 'Scott'.

I still can't believe you have purposely chosen to keep going down this road of continuing such mischief. I think all the people whom you have previously pulled this scam off were too afraid to demand their rights on a legal basis. Well, I'm afraid you have messed with the wrong person this time, and presumably for the last time.

You have clearly not taken this seriously, thinking all of this is a joke. Now that my lawyers discovered interesting details about the missing licenses of Cloudbet, I don't think it will be amusing anymore. They agree it is very absurd of Cloudbet to have taken the risk of unlawfully withholding a lousy amount of less than 2 grands.    I would like to share my experience at Cloudbet. On May 11, 2018 I`ve bet several times the same bet on a different odds. I won the bet and Cloudbet paid out my winnings. The next day they fixed my stake as lost and took my money.After a few more days they fixed the bet as a canseled and they returned the amount I`ve had bet without the profit.I thought they are correct.They can not change the status of my bet countless times while it is convenient for them.There is official result and my bet is WON.I am waiting for your next changes and get my proffit back.
