I can buy any land that I want from the system and/or rent from an owner if that land is already occupied. But what is required to place a project on the Arcona platform? Can users without any programming skills do that? I mean - I know that most important thing is an interesting idea but if I don't have programming skills - cannot use the platform on the maximum?
There are plenty of ways to use your plot of Digital land. We tried to create an ecosystem that doesn'd require any special skills. But if you would like to create something really high-tech, you could place a request on a marketplace and connect with developers all over the world  What exactly will the administration do with the collected funds after the ICO? Will money be allocated for advertising?

Soft Cap was required for the technology development and is already collected. All the funds that we will raise after that will be spent on marketing, promotion and additional developments. The system is peer-to-peer and decentralised.
When will the platform be launched ?The full-featured platform will be launched in the first quarter of 2019. A layer of digital land with a total area of 1,500 km2 will cover the territory of the 10 largest megapolises in the world. This will be the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, City of London, the Historic Centre of Mexico, Soho in New York, the 1st arrondissement of Paris, the Forbidden City in Beijing, the area around the Hermitage in St Petersburg, the ancient centre of Rome, Sultanahmet in Istanbul and the Asakusa district of Tokyo.
