Hey guys, Now that we're almost 5 weeks old and at a point where one of the few options for growth (besides an expanding Marketplace and further potential long-term developments with The Water Project (some good talks - nothing 100% confirmed but fingers crossed)) is getting listed on the larger exchanges and the publicity/investment it brings, we would like to push again. It also doesn't feel right that we're now on coinmarketcap.com & CoinWarz but not a larger 'recognised' exchange. You can vote and comment on our Cryptsy thread here: https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/64011You can vote for us and comment for Coinedup here: http://www.reddit.com/r/CoinedUp/comments/1ut56y/add_please_noblecoin_nobl/Mintpal can be voted on here regularly: http://www.mintpal.com/votingFeel free to hit up your favourite exchanges also as well as the new ones - the more we're out there the better. Let's get the word out. Coinmarket.io has been amazing and I wouldn't want to leave them behind completely - they kept us alive during a period where new coins were getting ignored by larger exchanges (well some weren't ignored, but we see where they are now). It's probably about time though we reach a little higher. Cheers. Letīs keep this going guys, donīt forget to vote every now and then.

Wallet syncing questions:
Is it possible (we need a volunteer) to check the clean (after deleting config, nodes, wallet etc.) installation of Windows ZIP packge? Does the Wallet sync out-of-the box or not?
Questions about wallet syncing are quite often... can we sort it out for good?
I made a total reinstall of my computer 3 days ago, and my wallet was NOT syncing out-of-the-box using the .zip-file. I had to create a .conf-file since it wasn't any in the zip, and then add the nodes I mentioned above manually to get connections to the network. Would be good to get feedback from more people though.

Hey guys, having some trouble getting my noble wallet to sync.
Here is my conf:
listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcport=55883 rpcconnect=127.0.0.1
addnode=95.85.16.81 addnode=178.63.226.172 addnode=198.98.118.244 addnode=124.183.129.136 addnode=190.247.128.164 addnode=89.3.150.238 addnode=117.253.168.133
And here is my latest debug:
block index 327ms Loading wallet... nFileVersion = 1000000 wallet 485ms Loading addresses... Loaded 0 addresses from peers.dat 9ms mapBlockIndex.size() = 1 nBestHeight = 0 setKeyPool.size() = 100 mapWallet.size() = 0 mapAddressBook.size() = 1 send version message: version 60001, blocks=0, us=0.0.0.0:0, them=0.0.0.0:0, peer=127.0.0.1:0 Done loading refreshWallet ThreadRPCServer started AddLocal([2001:0:9d38:6abd:285e:fed:9d20:c2b2]:55884,1) ThreadDNSAddressSeed started Loading addresses from DNS seeds (could take a while) 0 addresses found from DNS seeds ThreadDNSAddressSeed exited ThreadMapPort started ThreadIRCSeed started ThreadSocketHandler started ThreadOpenAddedConnections started trying connection 95.85.16.81:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs ipcThread started ThreadOpenConnections started ThreadMessageHandler started Flushed 0 addresses to peers.dat 15ms GetMyExternalIP() received [98.223.61.77] 98.223.61.77:0 GetMyExternalIP() returned 98.223.61.77 AddLocal(98.223.61.77:55884,5) UPnP: ExternalIPAddress = 10.0.0.9 UPnP Port Mapping successful. connection timeout connection timeout trying connection 178.63.226.172:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout IRC connect failed IRC waiting 71 seconds to reconnect connection timeout trying connection 198.98.118.244:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout trying connection 124.183.129.136:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout trying connection 190.247.128.164:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout trying connection 89.3.150.238:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout trying connection 117.253.168.133:55884 lastseen=358990.7hrs connection timeout connection timeout connection timeout IRC connect failed IRC waiting 138 seconds to reconnect Flushed 0 addresses to peers.dat 8ms
IRC connect failed seems to be the problem, have had this problem with other coins and have never been able to solve it.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Have you tried pinging addresses? Delete peers.dat in appdata/roaming (windows) directory. Also ensure port is open for comms. Thats how I got a few wallets working. good luck.. You could also try adding these nodes to your config, as suggested here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=402667.msg5016856#msg5016856 That worked for me. 78.154.7.25:55884 68.229.96.88:55884 185.9.62.204:55884 98.202.145.62:55884

Because drastic times call for drastic measures, we will be enabling BTC payments soon on the Marketplace. All prices will rise to their natural level +1% (so a $100 Amazon Card will become $101). This little 1% profit will be used by us to buy back some extra NOBLE on the exchange. We will up the discount on all purchases made with NOBLE to 11% - this 11% will only appear on checkout with coinpayments when you select NobleCoin (it is built into their service). There will be big flashy red promotional signs throughout the shopping experience for BTC users letting them know that if they start buying and using NOBLE they are up for some great deals. Let's try to attract some more of the crowd. Putting the 'reserves' to good use. Cheers. Yes. Wise and quick decision. I love it. This can make a big difference. I feel that the "tipping point" (or "critical mass" point) is very very close if you know what I mean. It doesn't have to be hitting a big exchange. I can be adding BTC to the Marketplace, it can be anything. However, if you guys really want to make this happen sooner, all of us will have to put +10% more effort info: - informing about us - showing them our cool posters - making some intelligent noise on twitter (!), fb (!), reddit (!), our Noble Forum on the site, 4chan everywhere. If you don't have an account, please register one today. Write only 1 post. Wait 1 day. Rinse, repeat and look what happens. Poeple, don't ask here what will be the price. YOU are the value and also the price. Don't be passive! Don't be a parasite waiting for a growth and kindly asking "when it will go up". Come on. Be a man. ^ This! +100

noble.yourmine.org seems to be working. Don't know about the others, but with a nethash of ~400MH/s there must be others running fine too.

Another taste of the 3D renderings and designs we have going on in the background Looking for feedback!Really liking the left one, nice contrast and not too much gold making it look "too pimp" or "over the top".

Thanks guys! Really appreciate the work and effort you it in to this project.
I think it's a great gesture of you to reward people showing interest in Noble and helping get the train moving.
My activity the coming two weeks will be limited due to my vacation in Thailand, but once I'm back home I'll get going again.
Once again, thanks for your outstanding work that you do in every possible way.

I would love to be able to auto donate to my charity of choice directly from the pool I'm mining on, just like I have the option to donate to the pool.
Don't know if it's possible to modify the pools for that kind of thing or if people like the idea, but I think it would be a way to easier getting people to donate with less effort.
We'll talk to the pool guys, there might be something we can figure out that doesn't put more workload on them. Something like the current method of donating to the pool would be perfect, you can just set 0.0001 of each coin or something, between all of us that would be a ton to go around, and no one would miss it if the chose to give I like the idea! Like if everyone gives out 1%, or any figure for that matter, automatically, it ends up being huge donations for the charities and we never see any difference. That is exactly my thought, and I think that could make more people donate since it will be almost effortless and they won't notice them missing in their wallets.

Say for example 2% or something, that would be AWESOME!

Hey guys, since I couldn't find one on the main page I decided to make my own calculator. But I was wondering if anyone could help me out on a nice webtemplate since I am a terrible designer. This is the data that it currently shows and you can build the template around: Nice!
