I am not against innovation, because it is totally necessary for any economy, the problem comes when you create many alts that are the same, for example, we already have bitcoin cash, bitcoin, now a new fork, then dash and although they have slight differences, practically have the same purpose.
In my point of view there are too many altcoins on the market. This is not a problem or maybe this is a problem for young inexperienced users. In any case these small unknown cryptocurrencies will fade away within the time. They will, of course, vanish, but we still need altcoins for developing ways of using the technology of crypto and blockchain. I'm also on the wait-and-see attitude at this point. I mean the price is real cheap but I still wanted to see the price to bottom before getting it. Yes, I think that bitcoin could really go as low as $3500 not unless the bears are really exhausted as this point and stop selling, but I doubt it. So personally, I will wait for a couple of days and if I'm lucky and get my bonus, I will definitely put something in crypto and take advantage of this worsening market conditions. currently we're already at 3750 and i just bought me a whole lot more, probably going to invest in VeChain and some other alts that took heavy beatings |

Today the market is recovering and this coin starts to go up. I want to believe that we are on the verge of a trend change.
I don't think this will happen anytime soon. As long as BTC is cheerleading, there is no decouping. indeed, we'll probably see a bear market (or stagnating market) for the next 4 to 6 months before we'll have any real trend revearsal. Too many factors bringing the price down, maybe we'll see a short term peak back to 5 or 6K when Bakkt gets launched |

Jokes apart, there are fears of Bitcoin capitulating further and should this unfold then the bloodbath would get worse for every coin. I've been buying Stratis' dops for a while but now I've decided to stay on hold. This is the fear now: Bitcoin has finished going down? Where will it stop? and where will all the other coin arrive? See Stratis, one of the best projects and teams out there losing so much, as if it were any shitcoin, makes us reflect on the madness of this "little uncontrollable carousel". Stratis yesterday reached around 15000sat, the price for March 2017; as if in these 18 months there had been no progress, agreements, developments .... all burned. I really do not know what to think  Stratis has enough funds to keep going for a while without the need to make money or sell their own stash of coins. Also, its estimated the market will rebound in less than 6 months so we should be fine It is good that Stratis has secured their funding for a while, because you never know how long it actually will take for the markets to rebound. Hopefully when BTC finds it's bottom and gets a bit more stable. If BTC will capitulate down to 3K or so, you should take in account even YEARS before the price can consolidate itself enough to climb back to ATH... So I hope developers of Stratis can work independently of how the price will behave. I think as well it'll take years, even from this level, to reach ATH's again, but we should see a slow and steady climb happen in Q2, Q3 of 2019 |

I think Coinmarketcap has some requirements for the new tokens. They will add the token details once it listed on two or more exchanges which are on coinmarketcap list. CGCX is new so it might take some time.
But I takling about exchange volume and listing to coinmarketcap, not about token. Their exchane not showing on coinmarket. While GBX Digital Asset Exchange for example listed already there (in few month after exchange launch). As for token they need to have 10k+ usd daily volume for listing on CMC. Exactly what I'm worried about. I think it's a very strange that cgcx has not listed at the coinmarketcap. I don't understand whats happening. So much time was spent, but the results aren't in yet. When they launched exchange? Do you know exact launch date? It seems take some time for showing on coinmarketcap or devs must contact them personally. For GBX exchange its tooks around few month I think (may be around 2 month after launch). Or may be they have more daily volume? As I know coinmarketcap have min limit for coins or tokens (10k daily min limit). But what about listing exchanges? Does they have min limit too? I dont know about any special requirements for exchanges, but getting listed on coinmarketcap doesnt change the fundamentals (good exchange, token is pretty stable in this bear market, already multiple trading pairs, ...) |

So for SONM OS all we need is a standard windows PC, format the disk and erase everything, and then rebuild with SONM OS. From this point that PC will be used on the SONM network and it will start to collect SONM tokens?
haven't tried sonm os yet, but you can dual boot windows and sonm os i guess. you might also have to do some configuration which shouldn't be hard to do. I was thinking that most of us will have an old PC lying around which is sitting in a cupboard doing nothing, or even an old laptop. Could that be upgraded and used as a sonm generator or does it need some kind of special configuration and meet minimum spec? i've got an old laptop that i'm planning on using to mine on somn, i dont think you need anything special as the auto installer takes care of that |

Starting in one area and then learning from any missteps and then spreading with that knowledge to even bigger markets is honestly the only way for a project like this to really succeed over time at a global scale, they have to slowly scale up into a powerhouse, and starting with the philippines is a great idea
Yea, I believe if the project gains success in the Philippines, it will be easier to implement as well as replicate that success anywhere else. Yeah, this one will be popular in the Philippines, its because while you're using Tachain services both the Driver and the Customer will gain both TaChain tokens that can be traded into other currency. And if the user don't know anything about crypto, they can use credit cards yeah. I see it as a win-win situation for everybody. the people don't know how lucky they are to experience the fun tachain will bring first before they move into other parts. tachain will not have any issues with adaptability. Exactly, starting operations in the Philippines first is definitely making people like me who are not from the Philippines jealous. I hope the project scales fast and spreads beyond the Philippines. I just noticed, that cgx price spiked from 2 cents to 1.51$ on 6th november.

It was stress test to check the resistance level but it restored very quickly to its current price. Nothing special behind this spike maybe only big whales what was the reason of this pump. Indeed, with volume as low as it is for cgcx its easy to create massive spikes but unless the volume at those levels is solid, that price means nothing |

my advice would be to buy a bit right now, for about 30% of your investment funds, then wait for a week to see where the market is going, and buy again. It might drop a lot lower than where we currently are, but it will go a lot higher again too. Buying now means guaranteed profits

I have looked into Panzer88 and not one of his statements is correct. He presents them as fact, but they are not. I dont have the time to write a comparable dribbling essay, but know that this guy is deliberately attacking SNM with fud.

True, there's currently no reason why companies would switch from AWS or Azure to Sonm. Why not? Because Aws and Azure are tried and tested with tons of guarantees and services Sonm simply cant yet bring to the table. Also, not only is Sonm brand new, but its also running on blockchain, which is extremely unfamiliar to most people around the world, let alone businesses. If you would work in business, you'd know that it takes a ton of convincing to even let people consider switching from data providers for their phones, which is what, 20$ a month? How difficult would it be if we were talking about 100K a month? So please, give Sonm time, the product works, they're doing fine, and they've got enough funding to last the next 4 years without having to earn a single dollar. well for me i'm a big fan of blockchain and TaChain is really doing great stuff developing blockchain and delivering it to peoples needs and reach! thats what interested me in this project! i see some great improvement in travel niche as well! You did not miss out much. Primarily the discussion on the business and the app side. Some where saying the it is fine to roll out the app even if it is not complete and you can guess what the opposing side stand for. I agree with the first side honestly, release a MVP and build it from there, this way they retain first movers advantage and people will be able to experience a working product and give feedback to make it better |
