Это не только возможно, ну и уже в процессе разработки. По крайней мере я месяца два назад натыкался на пару подобных компаний, которые развивали подобную идею, о мультивалютных пластиковых картах прикрученных к крипте и возможность прямого обналичивания в терминалах и расплаты в магазинах, путем мгновенного конвертирования в местную валюту, однако курсы как и комиссии разумеется устанавливаются системой и надеяться на их актуальность и честность не приходится.
А карточки с поддержкой битка (и не только) и возможностью его обналички в специальном банкомате путем прямой конвертации, уже даже не то что бы в разработке, а вполне себе реализованная и работающая система.
Если такие терминалы будут принадлежать конкретным банкам, то вся идея потеряет весь смысл, так как снова дело не обойдется без кредитов/депозитов. Думаю, здесь важен какой-то единый международный стандарт контроля. И даже не важно, куда будут идти комиссионные. Но вот как это будет выглядеть с точки зрения законодательства конкретной страны? Меня тоже интересует данный вопрос. Есть примеры где это уже работает и как регулируется? |

Детей нет смысла обучать как это работает, так как технологии быстро развиваются и пока они вырастут все будет по другому, а вот создавать для них такую систему образования было бы очень перспективно.
