Exciting update from telegram the beta platform is to be presented to interested parties by end of August - Swiss SMI (Swiss Market Index) companies. Go team CV.
This is great news but the timing could have been better. Token sale ends August 31st, and this could have done a lot to promote their project. This bear market has been killing icos and CV is unfortunately no exception. Every little bit of exposure helps. From what I understand, the Contract Vault team are also looking at traditional investors alongside the ico. I don't think they have hit their soft-cap yet, but maybe there is still time for some of the big guns to get involved in this last week of the token sale. I really hope so, because I think this project could really go places and it would be shame if only institutional money gets to be involved at the ground floor. |

I do not know anything about security tokens, what's this?
And I like the organization and the visual component. The site is also very good.
The whole issue with security tokens and the SEC is why icos can't be accessed from the USA. Basically, any token that acts like a share or pays dividends can be classed as a security token. Desico aims to make such things legally compliant, all in one platform. They are even going for a e-money wallet which will hold crypto and also fiat currencies. This thing looks like a one stop shop. Something we all need. |

I think it's the smart move to be honest. Every single ico has crashed on listing. Some of them deserve it, but some good projects have also been affected and may never recover. From my quick read of the article, it makes sense to get all the licences in order, so that by the time the crowd sale starts, they will have not only the MVP but also the legal requirements will be taken care of. A three month ico sale may seem long, but if the market turns around and all legal things are fulfilled, I can see the tokens selling out pretty fast. All the same, shame that they feel they had to push things back. It will be five months now before this thing is trading. Seems like forever in crypto, but it's nothing in reality. |

Agreed. Everyone is staying away from icos at the moment because of all the scams. It's a shame because legit projects are getting overlooked and bounty hunters are dumping on listing day. We need something to restore faith in the space now. Maybe Desico is it. |

I heard that they extended the contract vault pre sale is that correct? Does that also mean that the 25% bonus is extended with that?
Until June 30th I believe. It's a decent size too. Big enough to want to get in. Not so big that everyone dumps on listing😋 Main sale is on now until August 30th. |

This is the one I've been waiting for. It may sound a bit cumbersome, but I think it is the stepping stone that will get people into crypto without them realising it. Main sale starts sometime this month I think. Any word on dates?
Main sale date hasn't been announced just yet, but they were getting ready to announce soon. I know the flash sale just ended, so its possible they will come out with one soon. It may all depend on if they even need the public sale. From what I hear, they had a MASSIVE private investment. Who knows if they will really need pubic money. I guess we will have to wait and see! Someone put in 25,000 eth. I wouldn't be surprised if the main sale is quite limited now. They have a hard cap of $50m, which is pretty high, but they've already got enough to roll out in Europe and beyond. I forsee a one or two week main sale at most. It's getting a lot of attention. |

From what I've read in their telegram group, they are working pretty hard behind the scenes in prep for the main sale. That starts later this month. 15th July? Counter has run down on the website https://www.contractvault.io/I guess this is a break between pre and main sale. I got in with the bonus, but if ETH goes up, I may buy some more. |

Hi,
any thoughts on Desico? Seems to be an interesting project, brings law regulation to the ICOs. I think it could help prevent scams and have more usable coins than it is currently offered in the market.
i hope the standards are high as this will be a fantastic place to look for investment opportunities And (in theory, at least) trustworthy. |

I agree, I have a real good feeling about this ICO. Only a few days left too, don't miss out! Last day is July 1st. From what I understand, the token will be available for trading the day after. It would be nice if we get a little pump on opening. I'm tired of seeing all my investments crash and burn. I have a good feeling that this one will be different provided the market as a whole doesn't take another nosedive. I read somewhere that etfs are begin traded now, and that's why the market is up today. Anyone able to confirm this? |

Your hard cap is around $130 million. How can you justify this huge cost? If we calculate with the 50% as you claimed in your post, $65 million is still more than Facebook needed to raise when they had more than 12 million user and the company already been valued for over $1 billion (2006) ... So why do you need this amount of money?
Open source university is an Outstanding project for Education and Education is one of the many use-cases of blockchain. So yes, they are not the only ones, but they were the first (est. 2015) + open source university offer the only solution that's global & open . Please feel free to have a look on the website or visit the tg group always a quick response. It brings innovation to an important space and that is always good. Today it feels like universities have a monopoly on education. If it can achieve cooperation with other famous universities, I believe that this will usher in a rapid development. This is the innovation that walks in the forefront. I don't know for sure, but the team have been very active in presenting their project and making contacts at various events. I would be surprised if they haven't struck up some good connections at some point. |
