Its because of the upcoming fork. Many people are exchanging their altcoins for Bitcoins because they want to receive free Bitcoin gold. Many people think that the same that happened with bitcoin cash could happen to bitcoin gold. If you have bought many altcoin then don't panic and don't sell now cause the alts will make huge recovery after the fork.
Is there any reliable information if they gonna do the same with bitcoin gold as they did before?

My phone is lighting up with slack notifications from scammers. Seems like every ICO is unable to close the vulnerability.
What are your thoughts on running an ICO and simply skipping slack as a social channel? Do people even care about slack when there's bitcointalk, telegram, discord, etc.?
I think is is better to have a instant communication platform without scamers, slack is a good platform, but I think some updates are needed to stop the scamers, and I think meybe telegram is a good choice. How do you think they can update slack to get rid of scammers? I mean what kind of updates can help? imo in all channels during ICO will be a lot of scammers, I don't think that in telegram there are fewer scammers than in slack...

I've heard about some interesting projects in AR/VR 3D... some of them maybe could be really close to your field of interest
|
|
|
this is like one of those questions people ask after Burningman rly it's not a simulation, people just started to develop AR/VR technologies (it would be weird to create VR technologies inside VR world ), but I'm sure it could be a case soon... VR is a very promising industry now..

never forget that this technology is still in a preliminary stage. invest in the projects that will help the technology go one step further.
I feel your idea is pretty interesting that it's better to invest if company innovative and drive the industry.. but I'm not sure I got what did you meat "that technlogy"?

What do we need to see happen before 3D technology becomes mainstream?

If we are talking about 15-20 years at least...cryptocurrencies will exist for sure.. and we will see a couple of the existing currencies in the future and some completely and new, much better and much perfect and improved ones.

What is your native language? It is possible, if there is a thread in your native language, then you can read the information there to get a basic understanding. Then go back to the English one

it depends on what you know how to do better .. but I think that trading is a skill that you can very well learn how to do it .. it just takes time ... However, I do believe that investment is, among other things, talent.

You could try to do it and wait forever for nothing will happen..0 fee worked a long time ago. it doesn't now

|

This is definitely bad for scam ICO hahaha, but seriously speaking, regulation will help investors by protecting against scammers. Perhaps the process itself will become more complicated, but in the end, we will only gain

There are some good ones.. like ARtoken.. AR token is made by Cappasity.. And it's a great, California-based company established more than 3 years ago that has attracted $1.8M from VCs and angels... I think it already means a lot...

you need first earn a reputation so then when you advertise something, other members of the forum paid attention to it. Well, and simply you physically can not do this on the forum while you are newbie

I've tried looking for an answer, but I can't seem to find one. As an example: "Payment:
15% of total Bounty Pool will be Paid to Translations and Moderations/Managements. Whitepaper: 200 Stakes ANN thread+Bounty Thread: 150 Stakes Moderation/Management: 5 Stakes per Valid Post."
But what exactly are those stakes? Is it like 200 of the new coins when you translate the white paper?
A stake is like a share of ICO coins/tokens which bounty hunters can earn. After the ICO, when bounty distribution happens, each stake is converted into a fixed amount of coins (for example 1 stake = 10 coins). I would just add, that the reason they share stakes is that nobody knows at the beginning how ICO goes and how many coins they'll sell, but you will still receive your part of it..

I would say nothing is killing crypto) It's a natural process, every new industry went through this... At first, it should be an uncontrollable start, then people who want to find some holes in the new rules appear, we need some time to develop law, and then we have more or less stable managed market.. nothing special

how anyone fell for this shit is beyond me. the red flags were there from the beginning. being close with the people of coinmarkets (cobain, bryce, jebus etc) should have been enough.

If some was spending $500K on Black, we would get to 40K satoshi , not 16K ...
is there a way to see beyond the orders visible on exchanges? or was 40k an arbitrary number?
