I hope Medical Token Currency (MTC) will rise significantly, but it may not reach $10 in next year. I think non of the coins existence in the market will increase in prices that way. As cryptocurrency is becoming stable with the regulations in place, there is no chance of any coins rising 1000 folds in a shorter period.

I think cryptocurrency is highly unstable and thus has more risks. But still people are getting attracted towards it just because in the hope of earning more benefit.
