Correct me if I'm wrong here:
Arizn tokenized crowd funding would function like an Equity-based crowdfunding.
Meaning to say, an existing business is selling portions of the business to have a secured funds. In return, when the business gains profit, investors gain too.
This idea is great especially for very potential businesses that lack funds.
There are lots of great businesses that didn't succeed simply because of lack in funds, with Arizn problems will be solved.

It is really a great idea by Arizn to tokenise the founders' product and created them into an accessible, liquid and transparent offer to potential funders. However, what is the probability that this ALT tokens will be valuable in the market? Considering many tokens almost do not have value as of now.
What is the advantages of tokenization? I believe tokenization has great benefits but it also has drawbacks. Hoping that Arizn team are considering these disadvantges. One of the disadvantages of tokenization is encryption and decryption processes. Meaning tokenization is reversible and that would be prone to hackers whom very good in enceypting and decrypting. Specialized security should be implemented. Is Arizn prepare for this? I agree and disagree with you 50%-50%. I agree with you that tokenization is a possible disadvantage but not on the security aspect. I think tokenization would make transaction more secured. Its disadvatage is the cost in encryption process. For large number of transaction this is very costly and might be shouldered by consumers. |

Smart contract in etherium blockchain is one of the main features of Arizn. That would be great! Automation of transactions, safety, and precision are main advantages of this contract. Howeve, smart contract has these disadvatages: transaction time and cost. Hoping that disadvantages will be resolve in few months.

Now that speed of applications is a big issue, I think this project is timely and very practical. Since applications have issues on speed and availability. YAPPADAPPADOO project solves these problems by using low memory and offline applications. This will really mark on the mobile app history.
Sometimes its not just the applcations that are slow, sometimes it is the internet connections that determines the speed of browsing also, but with PWA it will consume less data. I agree with you guys. Sometimes internet connection is the problem. But, with PWA apps you can work offline the apps. This one of the great thing about PWA. Expecting to change the usual things for the better. |

The project seems interesting. But, I'm a bit concern about on how would Arizn make projects open to crowdfunding in such a way those projects can be seen by lots of investors? I think that would be important to gather funds.

I've read several articles about it, and even these internet monsters such as google and microsoft are working on it. They don't want to be left behind.
