He told me yesterday that there is nothing I can do, then last night I was talking to another agent who helped me last time I had issues with the site she said she escalated it to the tech and they will reach out to the providers since that didnt happen yet, but that little valentine punk said the providers said nothing they can do so someone is lying and they wont give me my money back.
