We have contacted our website company about the speed issues and looking into other companies. Very strange that an established company would provide such slow/unreliable hosting.
If you made an order on weekend and it has not been confirmed yet, please stay calm. We've got the orders stored, hosting keeps preventing us from accepting the orders. We usually accept them very fast.

Sorry for the little forum activity. When it comes to communication, individual customer service/email support has the first priority. We are currently busy working on mining user interface (looking to introduce optional altcoin mining as a feature for everyone).
@zurg - the recipient issue was resolved through email. It's just a friend of ours who is always ready to help out with some technical issues or fiat payments.
@Plan B - our policy here is simple. If you for example own 10% of a miner, you get 10% of what we get. If KnC compensates delays, our customers get their shares of compensations too. Same goes with any higher-than-normal hashing power.
@Skrill - verification was completed. Had to explain Skrill what the account is used for. Glad to know they are cool with Bitcoin businesses, as PayPal clearly is not.
@2nd miner available shares - the first miners are our own. Due to high demand, we decided that freeing up some shares of our own and gaining some happy customers won't hurt much. Each share is 60GH/s and costs $240.

Correct. I noted that it was NOT possible to order via PayPal or Credit Card. Sent them an email just for $hits and giggles. Will see what they respond. We however do support Skrill payments. You can use Skrill to pay by card (it will be some extra steps though as we are currently working on implementing the integrated payment). Skrill is a cheaper and more trusted when dealing with Bitcoin equipment. We seem to have a very high demand for PayPal payments, therefore we just emailed them and we are currently awaiting their response regards our business. This is due to recent events of seized accounts that dealt with Bitcoin. Technically we can provide PayPal and have the payment system already built. If you guys can provide with enough information for us to be sure that the funds will be safe on PayPal and how exactly their money-back guarantees work, we will accept it immediately. Apart from that we have no problem to keep accepting Bitcoin and Skrill only as the demand high enough to meet our sales goals. Best regards,

My opinion: From KnCMiner's website for the Neptune miner: "Shipment begins in Q1/Q2 of 2014". That's not very precise and mining difficulty is increasing all the time (every 10 days or so). https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-69So, I would say, you are selling shares of the miners because you don't know yourself when exactly you'll receive them and how much you'll be profitable mining with them or even profitable at all given the mining difficulty increase we have seen in the last months. You're even smart enough to say that you'll stop mining when you costs aren't covered anymore so that you won't lose money. So, with this, you don't risk anything while customers take all the risks upon themselves involving the risk of not having any ROI at all. Am I mistaken about it? We believe in growth of Bitcoin, after all Minershare wouldn't exist if it wasn't for past growth of Bitcoin. There is no business that doesn't have any gains. We do have gains indeed. By doing this, we reduce risk, w also get an amazing 20% return in two months even before the mining starts and opportunities to prove ourselves to the Bitcoin public. In return we provide miner shares for anyone interested and anyone who was late on buying the Neptunes. Mining is self regulatory and we believe that there will always be ROI with top notch mining hardware. That is definitely not a problem. For serious buyers with larger orders we offer providing our ID's and further information about us. We'll if everything is true, that is a good price at the moment because that is the lowest price Ibknow of, and cex.io is currently about $40 a GH.
Our price with CEX.io is not directly comparable. They offer a different service. You earn money trading the hashing power instead of long-term mining. And of course, they do deliver instantaneous hashing power, although you cannot use it for profitable mining Not better, not worse, just different The website was created 5 days ago, yet most of the share seems sold out. There is little details about the 2 men operation or how the hardware are stored. And no receipt, all they say is that they will pick up the hardware locally???

I understand your concerns. Our new brand is indeed a only few days old. However, prior to that we were a tiny mining operation amongst friends ( http://mine.coinco.in , 15 - 20 people used it) - through which 2 of our Neptunes got sold out. We also plan to keep some shares to ourselves. I wonder what start date they're using for their payout estimation. Seems that all indications are that Neptune batch #1 isn't shipping until Q2 2014, which makes ROI... unlikely. If the Neptunes started hashing today, then yeah -- I could see the payback. But that doesn't appear to be the case.

To be exact: mining stops when our 10% fee doesn't cover the costs. At that point we will ask our customers whether to keep the miners in case Bitcoin price spikes up and they are profitable again or sell them (auction) off and split the money accordingly.

About no pre-orders: Sorry, my mistake. The star description was mentioned in another thread.
With no pre-orders we mean that we are not asking you for the money to actually order the equipment as it often happens. As in you don't need to trust us to actually buy it.
