1401  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: December 10, 2015, 03:19:16 PM
My aim is to accumulate 21 bitcoin so that no more than 1 million people can have more bitcoin than I. If bitcoin is widely used then, I can retire comfortably.
although 21 bitcoins may be not enough but you have a great targer there! goodluck Grin

Yeah that is a nice start to get bitcoins, always have a target what you want with bitcoin.
Me personally I want as minimal 50BTC in the future.

I think it also depends on how much money you need to live in your retirement stage. If you need a lot of money then you're going to need more.
Also depends on what country you live in, incase bitcoin doesn't adapt as we all wish for it to be.

For some country 100BTC is more than enough, because is so cheap there.
Where I live now everything is just expensive, so I am just planning when I am old I just retire in a country that I can live with just 100BTC.
with a growing price of bitcoin in the future... 100-300 BTC is quite good in my country Grin

If I may ask where do you live? How good is the daily routine in your country like work?
Because when I am 40 maybe I can retire there. But I think you live in asia right?
yeah asia Grin vietnam to be exact if you live comfortably enough, and the price of bitcoin when you retire is 1000-2000 which is likely to happen then it's enough I think Grin

1406  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: December 10, 2015, 02:38:43 PM
I think I didnt earn now. The bad thing is I lost some. Damn gambling it really is addictive once you start. But the good thing is I just lost the ones I earned from faucets. 100k satoshi earned then lost.  Sad
wow you lost all of your effort for gambling? That's a little wasteful I have to say. It is advised that you shouldn't gamble to earn at all

The house always wins.  So many claim gambling is a way to earn, but it just is not repeatable.  Eventually you will lose.

Don't gamble your hard time earned money.    It might work short term but not a long term solution at all.
Yeah I agree Grin I used to play satoshi mine a lot I admit. Sometimes I tripled it sometimes I doubled it and lost all in the next game

1410  Economy / Economics / Re: Shall I hold or invest with %12.5 premium per year ? on: December 10, 2015, 02:15:49 PM
hold it and use your salary from real life to buy more bitcoin is an option I think. We can all see that if someone bought bitcoin 2 months ago his investment is doubled right now!
1411  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: December 10, 2015, 02:14:23 PM
I'am collect satoshi on faucets with script and invest to cloud mining!
well cloudmining is considered a ponzi scheme so watch out as things can happen

how long did it took you to double your investment? mine was still at 5% after a couple of days, i think my deposit will be doubled nexr year Cheesy congrats on your payment anyway
I got 22% in 5 days Grin It somewhat depends on the amount you invested I think
To receive my last 0.75% i needed 4 days. It's kind of curious, but the main goal is to get the damn 100%.
Yeah how much did you invest in?
I invested 0.001 so i got 0.002 out of it. It took 44 days to double the amount. Including the reset to 26% per cent one day.
that's a little small investment so It will take a while before returning to your wallet Grin I am having 0.01 and the speed is above Grin
1420  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I downloaded the bitcoin core wallet, what now? on: December 09, 2015, 03:07:07 PM
You have to sync your wallet before being able to use it! and That's a long process I have to say.
It takes hours to synchronize a wallet on a newer computer.
I suggest you should download the blockchain to your PC and fasten the syncing process
Downloading bootstrap.dat is actually slower since the client still needs to verify it and can't do it simultaneously while it is downloading. Bitcoin Core already acts like a torrent from V0.10.0.
blockchain is somewwhere around 21GB
Blockchain is ~55GB as of now.

Thank god Yobit have a 20 post limitation
well acutally I didn't mean to abuse it because I don't use bitcoincore for a while so I just estimate the size of blockchain only Grin
