Like salahcryptowin said just try sending it again. If the Nano S doesn't let you do that, you may have to look at getting or deriving the private keys from the 3 addresses used for inputs on the transaction.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA manual claims tracker (UNOFFICIAL) on: November 29, 2017, 01:34:19 AM
I never successfully claimed the original IOTA from the crowdfund distribution. When I went to do it, I was unable to, and have been waiting for this manual claim since. I am in group one.

What? This is the first I'm hearing of Skype. I didn't keep up with this thread because David said I would get my tokens after I confirmed with him with my second email. I take him at his word. If the last person is me, I need to talk to you immediately Come From Beyond or David.

I'm willing to be patient and a positive contributor to the IOTA world.  With the latest version and the required move to new seeds, will the old address sent in the claim email still be valid? Or do we need to provide a new address on a new seed?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA manual claims tracker (UNOFFICIAL) on: July 10, 2017, 07:40:36 AM
Here's where I am at with a manual claim. I bought IOTA tokens in the crowdsale with BTC and JINN and verified my BTC and NXT addresses in the 1st claim. My balance was included in the original genesis, with my private seed generating the public address. My original address is listed in the Unreclaimed during round 1 list posted by Come-from-Beyond above.

I believed my IOTA tokens would be safe on an IOTA address corresponding to my seed from then, but somewhere along the way, they were not included in an IOTA snapshot it seems. I'm not sure on the details of how this happened.

In February 2017 I tried to use the tokens tied to my seed but got the "Empty Seed" error from the IOTA client when I tried to claim them. I talked to people in the Slack and they told me to get in touch with David. I did, and he instructed me to send an email to contact@iotatoken.com containing my original seed and a new IOTA address for the tokens to be claimed to.

When the June 9th 2017 IOTA snapshot happened, the manual claim balance for my address was not included. By his comments that day when asked why some manual claims weren't included, I believe David searched the email account(s) for emails with "claim" in the title but I was not instructed to include that.

I have sent another manual claim to David's email address david@iota.org this time, this time using the word "Claim" in the title. I asked David to confirm he had received it and he confirmed it. Just now I have asked him to confirm that the claim will be included in the next snapshot , scheduled for July 11th 2017 (as far as I'm aware).

It's been a process that has been at times confusing and frustrating, but I believe David will come through and include manual claim balances.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: July 07, 2017, 12:11:09 AM
To all DECENT stakeholders, I would like your vote of miner approval.

Experience: I am trusted as a full time witness for Steem and Peerplays (block producer, same as miner here) with over 300,000 blocks created, and hardly any block misses. Zero downtime. The DECENT blockchain runs on the same foundational software as these networks, called Graphene.

I believe DECENT and Steem can compliment each other and be symbiotic networks. I am willing to fund development towards a joint DECENT and Steem blockchain-interacting front end website/app.

Nodes:

-Intel Xeon 4c/8t CPU, enterprise storage, Intel network to 1Gbit connection in professional data center, Ubuntu machine dedicated to running DECENT and only DECENT. Will scale the server when necessary.

-Failover node in case there is an issue with the primary node. Also makes upgrading software smooth without missed blocks.

-Blockchain seed node reachable at 5.9.18.213:40000 . Blockchain seeds (not content seeders for DECENT, that's another thing) are important to the health of the network and I am one of the few who are running one right now.

If you believe I am cut out to be an active witness, please enter
Code:

in your cli_wallet for those running it. For those waiting for a GUI to use DPOS voting, please keep my name in mind. Thank you.

Yes, but search translator Chinese (100 Yuancoin reward)
Oh you changed it from 10 to 100 now, how generous! Now it's a whole 0.00008% of premine to translate your "Yuancoin" to Chinese, the market that you seem to be wishing for. You won't raise the Yobit bribe.

I'm glad you put the year 2017 in the title otherwise I would have thought this was a ghost post from 2014.

Is there a way I can check my balance from the 2016 BTC crowdfund on elasticexplorer.org? I see XEL addresses don't look like BTC addresses.

Thanks for announcing something that was announced in January 2012 (well before this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=265488.0)

Steem does it better. Make a front end for Steem and take a cut of the postings. Skip all this ICO stuff Smiley

How do you expect to make money by renting out an office space for all time for a token that will only be sold for 3 to 5 bitcoins? Why are you overselling the amount of office space you actually have available to you? Why do you need to keep 250 (20% or 1/5th)? How do you expect this to work?

The delisting of BBR makes no sense to me. As someone who thinks this cryptonote token has something to offer to the blockchain ecosystem and brings value to Poloniex as well, I sent Poloniex a support ticket asking for it to be kept by them. I encourage anyone who wants it to stay on Poloniex to send them a message too, with the reasons why.
