Good luck getting a refund. I have been asking for a refund for 2 months now. All I get is " Refunds will be processed after cards are released". They sure are taking their sweet time to actually send any cards so you getting a refund at the moment is close to 0. I gave them an ultimatum. If i dont get refunded this month i am calling Estonian Customer Protection services as Minexpay is handled through Minexsystems daughter company Chain2Pay OÜ. How can a company be taken seriously when they have not addressed a refund request that was done initiated 2 months ago? I think you should report them to the Estonian authorities without delay. Their conduct towards you is a disgrace. Oh they addressed it several times. Every single time same anwser. " refund will be processed after cards are shipped and only 80% what I paid." So I paid 100€ for a fantasy card that now costs 5€ and I get back 4€. You paid in MNX and you will be refunded in MNX. Or you can get card when they will be shipped out. Just an example, when you buying something at AliExpress and then you want to get refund it will be converted from China currency to your local currency by bank rate on the moment of refund transaction. Yes I paid with Mnx that is now worthless. At least other companys refund you in reasonable time not this fuckery that minexsystems are doing here.  C'mon mate. You are in cryptoworld. If the price will be 2 times bigger than at time when you paid for card did you requested euros or MNX? The main rule in crypto is do not invest more than you can lose. My suggestion to is to relax and wait for card. After end of the test cards will be sent to customers. If all documents sent and updated correctly of course. Crypto world or not when you sell a product and advertise it to be shipped in September then you deliver or if you dont then at least refund the god damn money. becouse minexsystems failed to deliver the cards within the date they announced to users before the sale of the cards...they should pay a penalty.... I get that it takes a long time to convince a potential card issuer to work with a crypto related company and I get that it needs time to establish a business relationship. But what I do not get is how are you selling cards(the promise of one) without even having a partnership and focus all your resources on it. Seems like a very risky play. This all started in Spring, I imagine the developers don't have anything to do with the business side of minexsystems. So before actually focusing a 100% on cards have a few devs work on it and the majority of the devs work on the minexexchange, marketplace and whatever more there was on the original road map. Besides this recent blog post is like two months too late. These problems you are telling about in the blog minex would of encountered months ago. Trying to create some sort of empathy at this stage seems scammy. There is no minexexchange, marketplace etc... they abandoned all that a long time ago. All they have are these non-existent cards that they promised with 98 percent certainty would be sent in September, This is a SCAM! |

They are fooling you around. Dont waste yours money on senseless trip. There are no valid cards. They are "testing" ordinary company cards on theirs application and nothing more.They can test them indefinetely, but still cant send them to customers,because VISA/Mastercard dont allow companies to use other companies cards for theirs customers. They need to fill request for sub-issuing cards,goes through all necessary regulations and procedures, gets VISA/Mastercard approval of card design and make a contract with card manufacturer about chip they will use and number of cards they want.It is long goal,all others companies needed 8-10 months to accomplish this. They have been processing these card for long and we are told that the branded card is ready according to what boris said late last month No, they have been talking so long about card,not processing. Actually they are on the very beginning of this process. They even didnt fill request for sub-issuing of branded card,not to mention multi-month long fulfillment of neccessary regulations and procedures. I have impression that they really dont care at all about card issuing.If they really care they would not enter into testing cards which were never meant to be issued to customers. Logical step would be to first finish all regulations and procedures work and then when you get all licenses and cards came from manufacturer, test first batch of cards( actually they are not testing cards,but theirs software, is it compatible or not) before send them to customers. Instead of sensless testing of cards which are not these ones who customers will get,they should first fill request for sub-issuing and fulfill all necessary regulatory work and procedures and then and only then to test first batch of valid cards(not cards really,but Minex software). They cant do such complex work for a few days, they need several months of hard work to accomplish that. So,pointless testing of cards which are not these ones designate to customers is just a distracting of angry people and buying some more precious time for Minex to survive, until theirs new ICO ,Republia finish collecting money from gullable investors attracted with same lies as was the case with Minex. 
The same team who lead Minex are preparing of launching theirs new ICO, Republia who will has hard cap 20x bigger than Minex and share same flawed financial construction Minex has:
- same disastrous 70% yearly interest parking rate,
- same failed principle of currency holding in tight price range
- same debit card program with a change to use USDR tokens as a payment tool for card,despite that VISA and Mastercard dont allow using anything else except fiat currencies for theirs cards

In first interview to CryptoRich,Boris said how they collected $1.5 million dollars during pre-ICO and that is more than enough money to realize complete whitelist. Together in pre-ICO and ICO ,Minex collected about $3 millions dollars.
For one year they sold 1.4 million premined MNX coins and got at least another $ 7 million dollars.
In total that is about $ 10 millions. With only 5% of these money ,Minex could realize complete whitelist. They didnt realize nothing and investors money is gone with a wind.
Major question here is - if money didnt spend on whitelist ,where it is ? You dont have not be a genius to understand that most of money was finished in Boris hands and that part of it was used to finance another ICO - Republia, which is in essence Minex 2.0 version
So,all fuss about cards is just distraction,so nobody will ask where the money is gone.

I was right completely. Minex does not have working cards at all and is misleading theirs customers all the time.From reading theirs post on Medium few conclusions came up: - they have not crypto working card
- they took company cards from ukranian Privat Bank which can be used only to test theirs application and nothing else
- VISA/Mastercard does not allow using third parties cards for your own customers - cant give bank cards to your own customers
- to get really working cards,they will need to fill sub-issue request to get valid branded cards with theirs logo on them, goes through all necessary regulations,gets VISA/Mastercard approval of card design and makes a contract with card manufacturer.
- they are on the beginning of this long and complicate procedure and as based on experiences of others,bigger companies,they will need 8-10 months to finish it if and only if they have fully qualified people to do it.If all goes well we can expect fully working card for 8-10 months,sometimes in September 2019
- Temhuk used VISA Gold card for alleged testing,but Minex now is saying that they are using for testing bank Mastercard euro card.God knows what is happenning there

I bought MNX coins at a high prices too but now am waiting hoping that someone will pump the price. I told myself the same thing ever since MNX started to drop, but somehow, this saviour was not coming ... Now, I am glad I made the tough call, and sold all @ $2.30 - it's almost HALF the price now, just 3 weeks later A loss? Yes! But if you think it can't go to 10 cents, then think again. Better to get something than nothing - sell now! I'm not sure why it would even be worth 10 cents? What do they provide that has any value? LieYou can't have in person since you never run a card program yourself. Everything you think you know how a card program works is based on assumption since you have not been involved yourself. - before you get any cards you have to accomplish all complicate procedures
- then you have to get approval from VISA or Mastercard about card visual look and I know that it needs time (1-3 months,sometimes even more)
- then you have to make a contract with card manufacturer about specifications of your card,chip you want to use,etc
- then and only then you get first batch of fully functioning cards (with your logo, names ,number,chip, etc)
- you then test your system(software) , NOT CARDS, to see if your software works or not - CARDS are testing by its manufacturer, not by you and you cant get any cards before manufacturer gives you green light that card is working
So,because I know how it is going I know you are lying. You cant get to test blank cards without logo,number or else. You get fully working cards with your logo,names,chip,security features,etc and then and only then you are testing just your software, NOT CARDS - IS THAT CLEAR !
Lie You can. There must be communication between the minexpay and bank systems. The bank supply an API for that. Bank can just issue one of their normal credit cards for the API and system to be tested. Just like what is done now with the test cards. Nobody said they were the final Minexpay cards. The systems are being tested. One another thing - bank is not printing cards. It just proceed your request to manufacturer with necessary data,after you get green light that everything is OK.
Always going to the technicalities, you know what i mean. Who cares who prints its it will always be comissioned by the bank. This is not an easy task,it takes many months and there is not shortcut or workaround. Much more serious companies needed 8-10 months to get cards and now you tell me that superman Boris can get it for 10-15 days(he broke agreement with scammy Novarise Secrecy at the end of October and then started looking for another issuer) ? : Again flawed thinking. Just because they had a deal with NovaRise with scammed MinexSystems doesn't mean they didn't have other lines of communication open. You really think that all the work to be done has to do with the bank. the 8 to 10 months work mostly has to do with regulatory work,gaining operating licenses from governments, when a deal falls through you don't have to throw that all away and start from scratch. Lie It was not a promise. It was a target! There is a big difference here. If the minexbank reserve was larger we maybe could have reached it. But nobody will know for sure. Ultimately you can't control people, people will sell or buy whenever they like. Minexbank can't control people. I think we all wanted it did, but then again if they had a algorithm that could predict human behaviour 100% i think they would starting an entirely different bussiness. Minexbank is ultimately something that needs to be revised. If i load a card with 20.000 euro's i could spend all of it in day even if my credit limit was 1000 dollars. Because it's debit! Another Lie Project Republia is by Boris is his son yes.He's perfectly okay to run his own crypto projects. Boris only acts as escrow and maybe advising.
