just as a reminder, EmpoEX have not replied to my support requests yet to update their wallet to the latest code, so i'm unsure at the moment if they are on the correct chain or not. I'll keep you updated when i have more information

C-Cex have a server issue, so some (including RBIES) wallets are in maintenance. I Spoke with them and they have backups in place so everything is safe, just waiting now for info on when they will be back online.

The block acceptance requirements are much stricter now, as more wallets come back online you will sometime find the error 'coinbase timestamp too early' in the logs.
