sha is set to a starting diff of 64, so I'm going to jack that up to 2000 as the majority of miners are above that anyway and I'm not going to use a x2 number as I think someone said bitmains get a bit funky when they're on a x2 diff?
This should make it a bit easier on re-connecting miners with high hashrates, so they don't have to spit out so many shares at diff 64 before the diff starts to change.

We have a wall of acclaim, perhaps we should have a wall of shame for longest timespans between blocks Personally I wish the block statistics was based on the current time, not the last block time. For example, right now, it says we got 5 blocks in 6.7 hrs which looks great and is nice shiny green. But it hides the fact we haven't really had a block for 14 hrs and it has been over 20 hrs since that 5th block was mined.  Meh. An unhealthy obsession with short-term statistics is a frustrating game. Are you going to pool hop based on 1 or 5 day luck? Was great when we were up 108% or so long-term, for sure, but I've not seen evidence of a change in policy/practice/management that makes me think that something is fundamentally different and now wrong with the pool. Steady on... I'm not complaining, this is my favorite pool. Very steady and stable and my miners like it best. |

Is the sha256 pool safe now, and is the problem that happened on Wednesday before you got back understood?
I'd like to try mining here again, but am concerned about what happened with my S9's.
I'm not positive what the issue was then. I do see right now, that might have caused an issue.... a whole bunch of connections submitting: 20:23:20: unknown method mining.multi_version Not sure what at is coming from... a certain type of ASIC miner? Hope this helps, any time I've ever had an issue while on your pool it was with my Bitmain Antminers, s5 and s7 models respectively. I'll be happy to provide whatever you need to help resolve the issue, I love mining on your pool. |

Gun laws don't solve the psychopath problem, but it will atleast solve the availability of weapons to those psychopaths. The France truck case was a different case. Atleast the guy who fired on the nightclub wouldn't have driven the truck inside to kill. Without the availability of weapons he probably wouldn't have even done it.
