Its better to consider various options before making an investment and I think it's good to consider some projects in their infancy with good potential like MPCX, a digital wealth management platform who recently secured partnership with IBM and WIZZLE lately and has other partnership with blue chip companies. I believe that this project is a great source of investment and should be considered in making an investing decision.

I noticed same and as you said could be a strategy channeled to reducing the impact of whales and could also be because the number of tokens is depleting very quickly and the team wants to reduce excessive purchase for the token sale to last up to the required period and get to more hands. So every person who hasn't purchased should do that quickly before the tokens are finished.
