Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help here. I know. I deposited to the address, but because I sent the funds using Lykke, it shows up as an internal transaction. But the funds are in, just that ICO365 was unable to make it show up in my account. I was trying to get them to do that, but instead of doing that, they went to refund it to another address without first checking with me what address to send to  . Initially, they agreed to compensate me, but I've been waiting for 2 days now and suddenly this morning they said they are still trying to "find" the 2.04~ Ether. I told the support staff there is nothing to find, since it was already sent to an incorrect address. The next time I know, she said I was pressuring her and then she unfriended me on QQ (sigh). My username in ICO365 is also shuxy. IM contact information for which service?  Thanks again. Update: I just want to add that all I need is for ICO365 to compensate me that 2.04 Ether which they had mistakenly sent to the wrong address, back into my ICO365 account. I can then login to withdraw it myself. Thank you. Update: The customer support got back to me, it's fixed now ! |

I'm facing an issue with ICO365 and I hope someone from ICO365 can help. 4 days ago, I sent some Ether from Lykke ( https://lykke.com) to my ICO365 Ether Wallet. Lykke sents out Ether using smart contracts, so it shows up as an internal transaction. Unfortunately, while the Ether is in my ICO365 Ether Wallet, ICO365 itself does not reflect that, I can only see it when I check Etherscan. I wrote in to ICO365 numerous times, but no one responded. In the end, I had to join the QQ Group and finally found a support staff from ICO365 there. All I needed was for them to update my ICO365 account so that it shows the Ether that's in my wallet. However, they decided to refund the Ether, but without first checking with me on the address! In the end, they sent it to some address (that is not mine). Subsequently, they said that they would compensate and send the Ether back to my ICO365 account, and I've been waiting for two days then. Unfortunately, nothing happened in these two days, and earlier today, it became my fault again for not sending it the right way. I can accept that perhaps sending with Lykke wasn't a good idea (to be fair I love and use Lykke a lot), but I *cannot* accept that they had refunded to the wrong address, without even letting me know that they are going to refund. Actually to make it worse, they sent the 0.2 Ether which I had sent normally back to the wrong address as well. To make it worse, the support staff unfriended me on QQ and I can't even communicate with her now, so I've no choice but to take it here. in addition, it seems that the entire chat history I had with her has been deleted. and you are a legendary and don't understand how crypto works...do you read the news?? 1st augus BTC will soft fork,,,,,the uncertantity of what will happen made all the coins to lose value and will continue to do so after 1st August and after that we will see....so everything will continue to go down incluiding civic, I expect civic to lose 500 per cent if not more of its actual value...it will be $0,05 this week or less How can something lose more than 100% of its value?  |

In future I'm going to only invest in companies/coins where the founders own almost none of the shares so they have no chance of profiting  . Why don't you spend more time researching first before speculating without basis? |

kadscuk: It's interesting how everyone else's input and analysis is incorrect while yours is right. Your passive aggressive nature ("I'll be brief because I'm too busy") and comment on my lack of deeper analysis isn't really healthy for discussion either. Anyway, it seems to me you actually don't hang out on Reddit or Slack enough. Olsen does take the time to reply to our questions, and he also shares general finance stuff from time to time. Of course, to you all of this is calculated and not random. Lykke has been mentioned a few times now that it's a high-risk investment. This is a common sentiment shared by most of the investors (at least on Slack anyway). Why will Richard Olsen mention it again? To me it's just a reminder. However, with your underlying beliefs it again is a calculated move. the breach of trust thing is because the initial idea was for the coins bought on the exchange to be the circulating supply, and this was the basis for the market cap figure in coinmarketcap. The pre-investor coins weren't supposed to be on the circulating supply at all. I honestly dont think Olsen is stupid enough to make a schoolboy error in not including the pre-investor coins in the circulating supply. It was INTENTIONAL to not include the pre-investor coins in the circulating supply initially because those are private coins linked to an internal valuation of the company. If that isn't implying that Richard Olsenand team is dishonest I don't know what you're trying to say here. That they honestly and intentionally did what they did? Either way, you have also admitted that you're reading between the lines. So what makes you right and everyone else wrong? For one, we can all agree to disagree but you have to result to insults and telling people who take their time t respond to you that they're taking up space. Or that they are not in the same league as you. Actually what are you trying to achieve here? What is it that you're trying to tell us? Your solution is not feasible because that would mean Lykke's own coins will either always be in private or always be in trading. Any change that Lykke makes will piss you off it seems, cause it doesn't align with your deep calculations. A little humility will do you good. Also it's somewhat troll behaviour for you to raise your concerns but simply disregard everyone else's when they share their point of view. |

kadscuk: I think beliefs are one of the hardest things to change, and if you believe that Olsen is dishonest, there's very little that can be done to change your mind. Here's my take on your questions: 1. Why is he talking about a jump if the market cap is already $481mn?I think there's insufficient info given in Olsen's reply in that reddit thread, and will personally wait for more details (an official announcement on their blog, hopefully). It seems like what wasn't tradable in the past is now tradable, so logically speaking it should contribute to the market cap. Why now though, that's a valid question but I'd rather wait for the answers than to jump to conclusions. 2. Why is he saying lykke is a high risk investment?Because it is? Would you have preferred him to not say it, or to say that Lykke is a low-risk investment? In either case, given your underlying belief that Olsen and the Lykke team are dishonest, there would have been an argument from you anyway, right? 3. Why is he saying they will make mistakes along the way?I think it's actually very respectable for Olsen to say something like that. It shows transparency. Of course, you can also view it as him given himself an escape route. It's all about perspective, and we all make decisions based on part facts and part beliefs. Ultimately, I believe you must have made a nice profit selling LKK . So lighten up a little and enjoy the profits! |

I love the Lykke app so far and have bought some LYKK, LYKK1Y and BTC already with it, but it'd be lovely if I could use it to get more coins instead of buying BTC, sending it to another change such as Poloniex, just to get them.

Hi Shuxy! Lykke is still in the building-mode and didn't list that many CC's until now, but plan is to list all relevant Crypto's over time. What I will suggest to the team once everything is ready: To collect suggestions and maybe a voting or something like that. I think it's unlikely that Lykke will list as many Coins as Poloniex or Bittrex for example, but the team will listen to community-suggestions for sure. Thanks! @Jared and devs: Any plans to get this onto Lykke? Right now there's SolarCoin and ChronoBank on it, and it's a really nice and easy platform to use where one can easily use fiat (SWIFT or credit card) to purchase the cryptocurrencies on it.

Hey Shuxy, welcome! I'm sure you are still early  Lykke is very much under the radar still and the crypto community is not very aware of it yet. To give you an example, the price of Lykke in terms of fiat has indeed increased but I've participated in last year September ICO and the BTC price was around 8K satoshis, not a lot of difference from the current 10k one. Of course Bitcoin price was not as high but we've seen huge increases for many other projects going 4-5x in terms of BTC (let alone in fiat). You can also consider investing in LKK1Y (if you wish to hold long term) which is more affordable (1 year forward contract). I hope so! I find it "amazing" that people are pumping $ into ICOs and not much attention has been given to Lykke... The crypto world is so different from when I left off 3 years ago... (Should never have left, haha) |
