If a project has a serious team capable of fulfilling their target in the roadmap then is good to get involve now and buy it since the market is down, at later time when the market reach it previous all time high, then your investment will also reach a higher level. But the problem is selecting a good ICO. I think looking at ICO that is already on listing to an exchange is best than a fresh ICO which might not be able to get listed on exchange.
To test the truth of a Team is really difficult, because they can be fake, because people they fake rarely respond to messages from strangers, so I can not confirm this is real or fake Team. I am also thinking of investing some ICOs on the exchange that is minimize risk. |

They have few ICO are good to invest because a lot of ICO now are scam or mostly failed to reach hard cap.

Investing in ICOs really does not have anything to do with the market condition as that simply have more to do with the person investing. As long as you have a good reason to be investing in a project, you are ready to wait it out long term, then you will have no problem at all.
I do not say MLM and lending is the main cause of ETH decline.
