ANyone else still suffering from bad ATI drivers for RX cards? I'm getting Crazy
RX 580 cards works fine with ALL drivers up to latest 20.3.1. I have 8 5700's and they all work well so I am not sure what the issue that person is having. May I ask what Mobo?

Working with amd 20.2.1 drivers?
It works with latest drivers. However I get slightly lower performance with 20.1.3 and 20.2.1 compared to e.g. 19.x drivers for my RX 5700 cards. I do see others do not have this problem, so I wonder what they have done differently. 20.x drivers are also required for new RX 5600 Series. It might be a phoenix miner issue as it looks much better in Claymore I figured it out, Both Poenix and Claymore will not take the -mclock parameter anymore. Default clock is 1750.

Is Claymore dead? No further development?

With RX 5700 it is better to use old drivers? Newest seems to degrade some percentage?
What are you currenty using and can yu share your settings?
19.11.3 is the best driver? depending on your GPUs. performance-wise for Polarises no difference from 18.6.2 or higher All my rigs go down 2% with 20.x

You must test the mem settings stable for 2-3 days first. The pulse card is one of the better.

Anyone has any idea regarding the drop rate on ETC ?
I do not see any drops on ETC e.g. vs Nicehash You don't but I do :p Someone else has the same issue. For some reason, it's perfectly fine with ETH but speed drops by half with ETC. I'll run a test for nicehash with ETC, I think I still have an account from before nicehash hack Edit : getting same slow speed with nicehash. The only good speed I can get is with ETH on Ethermine Edit2 : finaly, now I have slow speed on ETH AND ETC... At least this is consistent :-/ Did you do -proto 3 -acm for etc ethermine? and -proto 4 -stales 0 for nicehash?

Any new versions soon?
Is there really any reason for a new version? This miner has been relatively stable for years since its original launch. Most versions are small updates or with some added features like the RX boost and what-not. However its not really possible to get any faster speeds on ETH algo. Pretty much the original ethminer from the ETH mainnet launch gets a similiar speed as Claymore. Sure it doesn't have dual-mine mode and doesn't crash when a new DAG is switched but there really can't be any large speed improvements of this algo. And right now mining is very unprofitable that most people kept their rigs offline and are waiting for ETH to go to like $400 or at least a ProgPOW push by the ETH devs. I think there is more potential in the new RX Series from AMD

Any good speeds for Eth on RTX 2070?
Plans for adding support for RX5700 for Eth?

Do you guys still have problems with RX5700 and Nicehash?
Do you see any performance difference between RX5700 and RT5700XT?
no. the situation seems very much similar to RX5(4)70 & RX5(4)80 - 10% more shaders making no difference. at 1200MHz core and 900MHz mem, @750MV it produces 50-51MH and consumes about 100W Thanks, that was my thoughs. Still I have not my Nicehash issues resolved.

These are the same issues I have. I have it both with Poenixminer and Claymore. It might be a driver issue. (Perhaps need to revert to the first one working for RX5700).
However, running fine on Ethermine now, and calculators says it more profitable.
