SPANK We downsized to focus more on SpankPay product development and sales. The team is now 8 people: Myself =ameensol 2 full-stack devs 1 front-end dev 1 Finance 1 Ops 1 Sales 1 Community We have $2M in fiat but our crypto holdings were punished over the last few weeks and we have $1M left in crypto, for a total of $3M. The downsizing reduced our burn from $200K -> $80K, so we have a 2 year runway if crypto -> 0 (although in that case this whole thing may not matter very much) and a 3 year runway if it stays more or less where it is. All things considered, I think we did decently well with treasury management, but by no means are we professional traders. We raised $6.5M when ETH was at $317. Had we held all of it until right now (~$120), we'd have ~$2.45M left. I also got the notification from Cryptopia about delisting.
Hadn't heard about the swap earlier.. Now once again cryptopia is not relisting/swapping a coin and just dusts everything. More money for cryptopia... I can't even transfer my embercoins from cryptopia now. They've blocked it.

Even shit responds when well known dev contacts Cryptopia. I have enquired Cryptopia on the delisting matter. One customer support agent has given me a tinned response and suggested to ask the coin listing team. Those have given me the same tinned response and no more communication. They refer to their delisting policy, but cannot tell what part of it has to do with Halcyon being delisted!
