Their method is always the same. they ask for money from the project or some other shady thing like the fork and if a project refuses the scam accusations start.
This user has no shame and operates from multiple accounts to harm projects and ask them for money!
Unless you provide proof of this, your accusation has no weight. Until you do that, I will oppose the flag for insufficient evidence. This guy has been trying to sell as fake bitcointalk accounts, however we have ignored him (see screens attached). Today, he tried to blackmail us and as all acquisitions are false and creators of them have disappeared years ago, we have banned this guy to avoid spam.   We have more info about this guy and we are going to give all information about this guy to Europol, our advisors are taking care of this. SC cards will be by third party provider and yes they are in process of being printed, Bankera cards are also in process to be issued by Pervesk. Firstly, Bankera and SpectroCoin are distinct products due to regulator and clarity, SC will focus on crypto -> fiat link, while Bankera is on track to be a neobank, I believe once regulatory climate will change we will merge everything in one peace, but for now as we said, we see it as a puzzle. Secondly, we have distinct solutions to leverage the risk of one program being shut down or so, so we would be able to offer the service anyhow. Linked cards are provided by another third party and the limitation is due to their policies, this does not have impact for issued cards constrains (well, I will not lie, SC cards will be for EEA first, but that's why we are building our own infrastructure with Pervesk etc to outgrow these limitations). Pervesk will be offering cards both issuing of cards as well as letting to accept cards as payments, also it will offer other payments methods, it is an engine behind a number of features.

Yeah I understand how difficult waiting for big court decision is frustrating and time taking, but unfortunately this is all over the world the same, even if you have the most basic case in a court it will takes months andeven years (I talk because I know one or two things about waiting court decision for financial issues) But I do personnally advise you focus in your own court case and build it and work in it and try to convince the court you are right, and not trying to have some Social Network discours, at the end all of this is time you lose and will impact in nothing the Judge decision, I would rather try to find ways to convince a Judge that my Mailbox being hacked and funds stolen is not my fault than spending time in a forum which will not affect in any mean the court... Just my opinion Just wanted to say that here since I saw some BS about spectrocoin published here and people being convinced it is true. Again, I only want good for community and my money back. the other hand some acuse them of being liars and thieves, something that I've never believed.

Yes but spectrocoin issue have contributed more. They reached their own terms, and EU regulation. They simplified everything. If they had basic lockdown after password change I would have my money now. Well again. Something happened and the judge is going to decide. My advise is not to poke the judge with this online seeking of justice it usually turns out negatively for the complainant. My advice is to stop spamming your case.
