How is senority time counted? Is is the time the MN is running? (shown in the tab "time active"). If so, that would mean if i restart a MN, it begins to count from 0 again an you will lose your bonus?
Seniority is counted from the moment you created the tx id for the 100.000 SYS transaction for your MN So restarting the MN does not affect it |

If you bought v2 of syscoin then you've been scammed - syscoin is on version 3. On an aside, I contacted Poloniex regarding their wallet issues asking what the problem was - they replied saying they "can't explain" what the problem was.....great  . I'm getting pretty tired of Poloniex now tbh, I've not been able to access my coins for weeks now. Poloniex is a mess. Probably better to change for BTC --> send to other exchange like Bittrex and turn back into SYS |

I just set up my masternode and it has been running for well over 1 day now and no rewards have come through, does this mean something is wrong or normal??
It takes around 35 hours to get first reward  Yep, first reward takes a while. Formula for first reward is (number of MN's * 2.6) / 60 So right now that would be: 903 * 2.6 = 2347.8 2347.8 / 60 = 39.13 hours till first reward |

I'm having a really frustrating issue with the desktop wallet. I tried to send coins to one address and unlock the wallet, click send and it goes to an entirely different address on the old chain?? I couldn't believe it when I checked the transaction list-- it sends the coins to an entirely different address which I am unaware of. I think I imported my old wallet db file to the new one, would this have anything to do with it? And most of them doesnt has product .

Because right now people prefer hype and want to get rich quick, look at EOS for exemple it did a x4 in just a week. Is there a detailed guide on configuring a hardend master node. Let's learn from Dashcoin as they have been through this stage with their coin. For example I just found the following steps that were written four years ago :- - Run darkcoind as a non-privileged user
Disable sudo access for this non-privileged user
Remotely start the Master Node from another server so that coins are never on the MN server
Ability to detect and alert that the server has been compromised
Harden the server
It would be great that when the masternode tech is released at the end of the month withis a comprehensive guide. Also what penetration testing is going to take place, do we have money for someone like HackerOne ? As I understand it, you can run a masternode without your coins or your wallet ever being on the server right ? |

Use importprivkey with that key in the new XC wallet. Check your recieve adress in file-recieve adress menu. Or use command listreceivedbyaddress 0 true. Exactly this ! There should be much easier ways made available to store made off of exchanges. For me, MAID is about the only coin that I still keep on exchanges because I have no idea how to store them offline and no confidence I will be able to access them again if I do. Creating a simple wallet or a Ledger add on shouldn't be too much work right ? And it might also boost interest in MAID a bit. I have stored my MAID ina cold wallet made with omniwallet. The point is that now I don't remember at all how to get it out of there. Yep, that's my worry exactly... Keeping them on Polo for now |

I just bough a Nano ledger S and I was quite disappointed that Syscoin is not yet supported.
Especially when you see what other (crap) coins do already have a wallet available there.
Can someone from the team please inform us when a SYS wallet will be made availble for the Nano ledger S ?
