wow 150% ponzi ? i don't think this will even last.
150% is for this weekend only. After then it goes back down to 125% Transaction Status: 954f0f5d78642fe241e2d2706244986ef40831e6a5c083c9c4e97f3e5369959e Deposit is awaiting confirmation. It has 81 confirmations Oh well, must be because you are setting up bitcoind. This is caused by the BlockChain API not responding to requests meaning the script doesnt know when the new deposits are confirmed. Once the bitcoind instance is uptodate this will be fixed, meanwhile I will confirm them manually

It's in there now. BlockChain seems to be going screwy bot their API and WebSocket. I'm bootstraping an instance of bitcoind now which will stop these intermittent faults once and for all site down It's seems to be a bad time to be using their services, considering the amount of problems most exchanges are having. Once my local instance of bitcoind has imported the blockchain, it should be much more stable. No more relying on 3rd party APIs, and only me to blame if it goes wrong then

Hi guys, these look to have been deposited around the time the script was getting 503 errors from BlockChain's WebSocket stream. As such they will have been missed - sorry about that. This was all covered in a post this morning, and I am moving away from BlockChain to RPC to prevent these crappy errors. I will add your transactions now We need a big deposit to get this game going again. Come on guys, let's get this party started!!!

Paid out @ 03:35 de6002a4b2cdfab52fc8529d4a12e36dc195120db57fb2fac50d2ed90dda0071
ehh...sorry but there no transaction come and i got this mssge when check that at block chain http://imgur.com/W4ifbhLProbably screwy transaction IDs again - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_MalleabilityI'll check the wallet transactions and get back to you with the correct ID(s). yea what do u make outta all of this? do u keep whats in the wallet when transactions cant go through anymore? also can u make a signature for the site?
A service fee is taken to cover hosting costs ~$20 a month (AWS is quite expensive ), but as you can see from the wallets transaction history, nothing has been withdrawn for this yet and I will continue to pay for the hosting personally until the game takes off again. See: http://bitvestment.co.vu/about.phpDue to the logic behind the repayments, the wallet will never be left with large sums of coins in it. The script systematically goes through each deposit, in deposit date\time order, and repays what it can, meaning every possible deposit will be repaid leaving the wallet with a few satoshi at best This was an intentional design requirement to be as transparent as possible with you guys. My main reasoning for building BitVestment was my frustration of other Ponzi games, waiting for the owner to pay out, or at worse the owner to run away with everyones coin's. Also, being a "techie", just learning a new coding language is a huge benefit to me professionally. that was my thoughts exactly i like how its so transparent..u should postr that in the starter thread, i think ppl are afraid to give it a shot but if u put that info out there n they can check it (which they can) they might be alot more willing to give it a try...i kno i was! Optional sig added to the starter post. I'll update it with some more info too.

10% of deposit amount? joking? you pay 120% but take 10% from investment in advance? could you please give ELI5 how the maths looks like? thanks
If you deposit 0.005 btc.. We will take 0.0005 btc at the time of payout but you will receive 0.006 considering 120%.. Its a win win for you. Ponzi scheme fails because owners scam when the amount is high. We dont because we charge a fee per transaction.. Simple.. BitVestment.co.vu has no hidden fees. Receive 150% of your deposited amount with 5 minute automated payment rounds. Simple.

UPDATE: I've created a new page where you guys can check your own transactions; http://bitvestment.co.vu/checkTx.phpIf you think the results are wrong, please let me know! Are you going to make a new ponzi after the death of this one?
It's not something I've thought about yet, I'm hoping we can keep this one going for a while yet

Small deposits should slowly return, otherwise it is difficult to get large deposits of return.
Good morning, Areast! It doesn't look funny, the number of deposits isn't enough to even keep the ponzi alive! This is the biggest problem now. Any ideas what to do with this? I think lots of people has gone to the ponzi.pw. Glen Morning Glen, The payments have been increased to 150% so hopefully, as kk988 says, deposits will start coming through again soon. We reached our peak around 10:30 GMT yesterday, so a couple of hours from now, hopefully when more players come online they will reinvest again. I've put a lot of time into the site, and learned a hell of a lot along the way I'm hoping we can keep this going for a little longer yet i like this ponzie the best i hope more ppl see how good it is bc then lots of ppl can make some btc!
Thanks for the feedback Greg, you guys are the best marketing tool any game can have, so spread the word. The more players that deposit, the more payments we can make, making more winners

took all day for my last deposit to come back Sorry for the delay, we had some major problems yesterday which made the payments take longer, this shouldnt happen again. Everything is working as expected now, and the payout has been increased to 150% for the next 48 hours to say sorry for yesterdays problems. As soon as people start depositing again, more payments will be processed.

I deposited 0.0088 over 12 hours back but it still not shows in your site nor I received anything back! Transaction id= 469283872c60238a303198b9bcc55342faa9229c8d36fa15215c08a4fa12d1c0
Added, sorry for the delay. Already showing in pending; http://bitvestment.co.vu/pending.phpPaid out @ 03:35 de6002a4b2cdfab52fc8529d4a12e36dc195120db57fb2fac50d2ed90dda0071 Showing in the pending page; http://bitvestment.co.vu/pending.phpIs it 150% or 125%?
150% for the next 48 hours. The wallet is waiting for new deposits, let's keep the game going guys!!!

Morning guys,
Once again, BlockChain API has failed me. The code which imports new TXs into the database is reporting 503 errors (this happens when BlockChain is being attacked and invoke CloudFlare);
HTTPError: HTTP 503: Service Unavailable
I'll manually add those TXs now.
I'm glad to see the majority has worked fine for the last 7-8 hours. Today, I'll be working on moving away from BlockChain API completely!
Keep investing guys, the slowdown is only due to lack of deposits now, we're good to go!!

BitVestment.co.vu is back and paying out at 150% for the next 48 hours. Fully automated payments every 5 minutes!
|
|

Trying to beat me with setting 150% ? Your ponzi will crash faster than others Trust me, it is math. Nope, 150% is for 48 hours only as an apology for the problems today. It will go back down to 125% after that. Best of luck with your game though Where are you from, Areast?
UK Good night guys, I hope I wake up to see many richer players

so i lost my 1 BTC Please confirm the TX ID for this, I can only see 1x deposit for 1BTC which was Betek. @Betek, I will look into your situation tomorrow (It's late here), however I would advise you dont deposit such large amounts into Ponzi schemes if you cant risk losing them. Start depositing everyone, I'm trying to keep my eyes open for a few more minutes to ensure everything's going to plan but we're still waiting on confirmed deposits to process the next round of payments!

Fantastic News - the site is once again fully operational, now offering 150% payouts!!The majority of the problems experienced have been caused by BlockChain's API not responding, or returning irregular results. As such I have made a start in migrating all scripts to RPC which seems far more accurate. The site has been fully tested with deposits are being updated correctly in the database once confirmed and paid out within 5 minutes. There does seem to be a slow down on blockchain, so transactions may not confirm as quickly as we would like, but TX fees have been increased to hopefully help with that. I'm hitting the sack now, as promised the payouts have been increased to 150% for the next 48 hours - I'm going to leave it running overnight, and fingers crossed we have some big winners in the morning As ever, post any problems in this thread and I'll pick them up in the morning! Thanks for your patience guys, enjoy!!!

@Areast so You think it will start any time after you go to bed? in 2-3 hours or do You think it could last even 6 + hours? just dont want to miss the 150% bonus I think I have it working, just testing now and if all goes to plan I will restart the payment script and increase the payouts.
Hi Betek, this has been explained before;
"Repayments are automated every 5 minutes, transactions are prioritised on a first come first serve basis. To reduce any backlog in payments, deposits which exceed our current wallet balance are skipped until sufficient funds are available."
But after i paid in 1 BTC lasted over 40 minutes, during which there was more than 1.4 btc in the wallet. There were large deposits waiting in queue to be paid out. That 1.4 BTC helped repay those users. That's how ponzi works

I really dont know. Is there a problem with BlockChain? I dont see any obvious problem with the transaction. Does anyone else have any idea? Received my deposit! Thanks Great news! I'm impressed, you are making big effort to make this works.
Thanks Tom, hopefully the worst has been ironed out now. @Areast I'm currently working on the BlockChain HTTP Call Back, until then deposits are having to be marked as confirmed in the DB manually. Once this is fixed, I'll increase the payout to 150%can You estimate when this will start and when do you go to sleep what time frame are you in ? This looks to be a fault on BlockChain's side, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=465862. I'll be at this for another hour before I call it a day. I would really like to get us back to a fully automated state overnight so you guys aren’t waiting for me. That was the whole point of this project
