Since there is a conflict with the other initial project (Francs, FRN), we are going to stop our activity for a while, until we will come back with a new name, new features and other infographics (since they have been taken from FRN).

Since the token XFR has alredy been issued, we will keep the ticker (XFR) but edit the name of the cryptocurrency.

The website www.francs.club will be edited, and the name of this Bitcointalk topic will be changed.

Everybody can create a btctalk account and argue he his the creator of a coin. Your nickname has just several days old, there is absolutely no proof that you are the creator of FRN. For example, if I want, I can create a bitcointalk account by using "Nakamoto S." username and claim that I am the creator of Bitcoin. This is the same thing.
And I am the creator of XFR.
I made XFR, not FRN. There is a difference. More than there is no legal registration and deposit regarding to the slogan and the logo in France. So stop telling lies, it's not steal, FRN's website is not working anymore, and the same for twitter/facebook (no updates since several years).
XFR is a real project, XFR has been built similarily to FRN but it has been improved. We do not need to equalize your project anymore.
In the other hand, I used to do some researches about FRN: Your team have never existed, all the people formerly quoted as part of FRN team have never been involved in FRN project (I can prove it), so yes, FRN is clearly a scam.

Btw, just look at our whitepaper, all our ideas and goals are proper to XFR, and are written inside.



I do what I want of my free time. I am involved in activism and fighting for rights and recognition of free parties since a lot of time, and I am an active member of underground tekno community, this is why I spend my time in this kind of events.
The team has never disappeared, because I wass the only one who built XFR project at the beginning.
For the Telegram, I am working on it. It's not a hack, it is a detournament made by former associate, who has been fired.

So please stop spitting on others' projects just because of rumors.
FRN was abandonned, but the idea was good. So I wanted to revamp the idea by creating a similar project.

We are going to continue XFR project at our rythm, with the guidelines described in the first message of the topic.

Our presale were not a success (no tokens sold) mainly for the reasons explained in the last post, these issues had a bad impact on it, so we are going to make some changes regarding to the crowdsale: More adversiting and Decreasing token prices will help us to raise.

Yes, it is even possible that we sell 0 tokens, so in this case it would create a lack of tokens and therefore a lack of fluidity.
Maybe we may put unsold tokens in a frozen wallet for a while, and dedicate them to further uses as well.

Regarding to this point, we need some advices from the community (what to do with these unsold tokens?) and experienced people.

Rightly. We chose this name because it has been the former currency in France before the Euro, and by creating a cryptocurency related to France (but not endorsed by French state!), an authentical coin for the further daylife use by the French people (and international people of course) would be easier for them to remember and promote.

We aim to expand crypto-Francs in several french shops by establishing partnerships with them, and allow them to accept Francs cryptocurrency (with Bitcoin or Ethereum) as a mean of payment. This name is easier to remember for the general public (as well as for old generations who only known Francs before Euro) and aims to be a money 2.0 - a digital money - version of the former Francs notes and coins. This name is well known and will facilitate the broadcast of the cryptocurrency.

No more news? Delisted of HitBTC, and price fell down hard instantly, like a dump of tokens. Sounds like an exit scam for me.

The story of the airdrops continues there. We have chosen to cancel them after the 5th one because we must list Francs (XFR) on big and popular exchanges, and it costs several thousand dollars. So, to finance this, we decided that it is better to sell a part of the total supply.
However, we want that the ROI (Return of Investment) may be the best for everybody, this is why, despite of the very low total supply (11 millions XFR), the token price will remain low (0.0005 ETH/XFR during presale, and 0.001 ETH/XFR during main token sale).

There is a minimum investment amount of 1 ETH during presale.
Each order below 1 ETH will be refunded to the buyer's address.

Actually I am still working on the whitepaper, this is the priority before doing anything else.
It is a question of days now. We will make a general announcement everywhere when the whitepaper will be online.

1 ETH for 2000 Tokens, so 0.0005 ETH per token.
Total supply is 1,600,000,000 BPER x 0.0005 ETH = 800,000 ETH = about 89 millions USD market cap (just with phase 1 price!).
This would place BPER at rank #53 on Coinmarketcap, so at the same level of Stratis!

Isn't that too ambitious for a Ethereum token with no details about the team? If I act like an investor, I would like to know more things about the project.

Yeah, we know that this decision is a major change of our initial direction  
But we have to be realistic, Francs' community is small, and it need to reach bigger marketplaces to become popular (EtherDelta is good for the beginning, but it is not enough in order to gain popularity)

We are still thinking about the best way to reward Francs early customers during crowdsale, we will probably send a good amount of tokens in extra with the purchase.
The listing fees depends of the exchanges, but for example, HitBTC require at least 2 BTC, and Yobit 0.5 BTC. So our first cap will be around 2.5 BTC in order to reach these 2 exchanges.

We finally decided to cancel the airdrops after the 5th one. We want that XFR reach the best marketplaces and websites like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap. However, we cannot reach them without having a coin value, and without funds to pay the listing fees, which are considerable. At the beginning, the developer wanted to pay the listings himself, but this is incredibly expensive (more than he already used some funds to create and broadcast the token). More than there is no volume on the little/free exchanges. So, in order to create and preserve XFR value, no more tokens will be sent for free, except some periodic dividends to the long-time holders (read the first message, we announced that about 19% of the total supply is reserved to team shares, gifts and bounties). So the remaining tokens (about 50%) will be sold in order to pay the listing fees.
