The story of the airdrops continues there. We have chosen to cancel them after the 5th one because we must list Francs (XFR) on big and popular exchanges, and it costs several thousand dollars. So, to finance this, we decided that it is better to sell a part of the total supply.
However, we want that the ROI (Return of Investment) may be the best for everybody, this is why, despite of the very low total supply (11 millions XFR), the token price will remain low (Expected 0.00001 ETH/XFR during presale, and 0.00005 ETH/XFR during main token sale).

There is a minimum investment amount of 1 ETH during presale.
Each order below 1 ETH will be refunded to the buyer's address.
There is no minimum investment amount during main token sale.

The presale duration is 1 month, or below if the 1 million XFR allocated have been sold before 1 month. Presale phase will start on February 9th 2019, and limit date is March 30th 2019. All the Francs (XFR) sold will be sent to their owner either during or after each phase. No refunds will be made in case of purchase.

About Francs (XFR)
Based on a old idea, Francs aims to bring Francophones together via a cryptocurrency.
Francs is France's new generation currency inspired by Bitcoin principles and Ethereum technology. Francs' objective is to become a global standard for peer-to-peer individuals transactions, accessible to everyone.
Franc (XFR) is a cryptographic currency based on Ethereum technology (smart contracts), a tool created in 2009 allowing the creation and decentralized exchange of money on the Internet. According to computer jargon, the currency is called 'peer to peer' (decentralized, from individual to individual, without a central regulator). It is to traditional money what the e-mail was to the postal letter.

Francs (XFR) is a token based on the Ethereum blockchain. At the beginning, it was possible to grab XFR tokens for free through Airdrops, by filling your email address and your Ethereum wallet address to receive Francs.
But a free coin cannot reach high and popular marketplaces without a price, and without paid fees to the exchanges. This is why we are going to announce soon the first round of the crowdsale for XFR tokens, at very low prices, which will increase with the time.
Before the crowdsale begins, the only way to get XFR tokens is to buy them on exchanges given above, for example on the Ethereum DAX.

We tried to design a beautiful authentical coin. More than Francs is an Ethereum token, a strong technology allowing you to exchange your Francs very fast. We already gave about 30% of the tokens for free though airdrops, 50% will be sold during crowdsale, and the remaining (19%) will be used for further bounties, gifts and team shares.

Terms and conditions:

• Initially, we decided to organize 9 rounds of free airdrops.
• The maximum number of participants was 500 per airdrop. After that, the current airdrop stopped and you had to wait for the next one.
• 2000 to 3000 XFR were given to each registration.
• About 3 millions XFR were given in total.
• If we do not broadcast the 9 millions XFR within the 9 rounds, we may organize another one to give them all.
• We asked you to fill the form only one time per round. To avoid spamming, any attempt to register multiple times resulted to a cancellation of your registration.
• Actually, we finally decided to cancel the airdrops after the 5th one. We want that XFR reach the best marketplaces and websites like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap. However, we cannot reach them without having a coin value, and without funds to pay the listing fees, which are considerable. At the beginning, the developer wanted to pay the listings himself, but this is incredibly expensive (more than he already used some funds to create and broadcast the token). More than there is no volume on the little/free exchanges. So, in order to create and preserve XFR value, no more tokens will be sent for free, except some periodic dividends to the long-time holders. The remaining tokens (about 50%), will be sold in order to pay the listing fees.

I see only 86 holders on etherscan so there was 424 faked account, that's is much and what about the Whitepaper, roadmap, team?

After investigation, we found that there were a (some) person(s) who flooded the Form by registering accounts with other people usernames.
We did not send the tokens to the suspicious registrations in order to maintain the equity between the XFR holders.

However, the whole 9 millions XFR (scheduled circulating supply) will be distributed, so it may be further airdrops if some XFR remains in our wallet.

Take a look at the roadmap on the website, it is online. No whitepaper for the moment (because we are not a society), but there is a detailed description on this thread and on our website. However, we will upload some infos about the team very soon, on the website as well.

The main aim is the revival of the local French currency, for example to pay a pizza (in the future, we hope so) or making a gift to a loved one.
You have to see Francs like an investment for the future.
Another aim is to fight against the corruption of financial institutions, which is a big problem in France.
And in the other hand, the highlighting of the French language and its particularism as recognized and appreciated throughout the world.

So in fact, Francs aims to be a political coin and a local token, rejecting the centralization of national funds by giving the power to the nation.
Of course, Bitcoin and Ethereum can do that very well. But Francs try to bring crypto and french culture closer in order to extend the blockchain ability to the general public.

We don't want to sell the tokens, because we wish that everybody can earn money in the long term, if it is getting a value (we really hope so), we want to give a chance to everyone.

We are different team/devs.
We wanted to buy their former domain name but they do not respond anymore.
FRN had a good idea/purposes but they screwed everything through exit scam and by stealing their members money.

We do not continue the former FRN scam, but we find the core idea interesting.
It would have been suspicious if we would revamp FRN, but we can't. So we have created XFR (with the same coin name) in order to bring hopes to people who believed in the project from the beginning.

Scammers should not have the monopoly of finding good ideas.
As mentionned above we are still building the project, we decided to start by the airdrop, but we are actually writing team informations as well.
Don't worry, you will know who is behing this coin in the upcoming days.
